is that best done by pilates? if it is does anyone know if the MFC do any pilates training?

I recently heard an interview with Shane Watson and he said the main reason for his hammy/back issues was his lack of core strength. He would go to the gym but only work on the muscles that could be seen (biceps, triceps etc)and his core was not strong enough to support his outer muscles. Might be something to look into for little Aussie

i would dare say it is an incentive to get some interest in the low attendance games that the club has come with. The club is probably looking at ways to get extra people through the gate to these type of games, and good on them

Very few teams these days go with 4 bigs in their forward line, which makes me wonder if having Rivers, Frawley, Warnock and Garland in the same backline makes us too big down there, which causes a lack of run from defence and slow ball movement?

Having not been to any games this season yet, i only have limited knowledge to talk about this topic, but i think Brad Green needs to played as a permanent forward. Whether it be out of the goal square or 30m out. He is our best kick at goal and i think is wasted on the wing or half back for a number of reasons. By having him on a wing he is slowing the development of a Trengove, Grimes or Scully, and if he plays across half back he is hindering Bennell's and Cheneys development. We have enough leaders in the back line to guide these younger guys and its out forward line that really needs a leader and a target. Thoughts?

absolutely NO chance

apparantly he is this guy we drafted that can play either end of the ground in key positions, in defence on bigs or smalls, and up forward can take a nice mark and an ok shot at goal. i hope this helps
