Absolutely. Billings is an experienced composed skilled player. Exactly what's needed out there in greasy high pressure conditions. It's a slap in the face.

It's so ridiculous. They seem to be being tricked by the lighting changes as the hand and fingers rotate as the ball passes, plus there's the shadow from the ball. A terrible blight on the game to overturn decisions on such inconclusive evidence.
