What a few people haven't really understood for quite a long time is that Schwarz (btw it isn't Schwartz, as many commonly spell it) works for the media now and not the MFC. lol this thread is hilarious. We've just come off a win, beating the most hated team in the comp who were in the top 4 before the game, & here we are getting ferral over which player we like more. I'd love to see what people argue about if we ever win a premiership.

Yep, he gave 110% all day (seeing as though you can only physically give 100% and he had 10 x 1%ers I guess that is technically true), and I reckon he was BOG simply because of his tackling and spoiling.

I didn't like the handpasses at the beginning of the last, but I enjoyed watching them kick the ball backwards 100m to keep possession. Win at all costs, even if it means kicking backwards for 120 minutes.

He was one of our best today. Gave Scott Welsh an absolute pounding, saved 2 certain goals and barely let him get a stat.

I prefer McLaren to Goldspink. McLaren just doesn't have a clue either way, whereas Goldspink tries to have the biggest influence on a game that is humanly possible.
