And breathe..... Jesus. that was exhausting to watch. Fair play to GC. We were a little bit off tonight but a couple of times a year they pull a game like this out of the box. Killed us at the contest and clearance for a lot of the night and got the ball forward quickly before we could set up. I honestly thought we were destined to cough this one up after Fritta missed a sitter and they went down the other end and scored. Onwards and upwards.

Just read that Hawthorn are so desperate for money they'd be happy to play Tasmania home and away each year down there with their 'home' game being at UTAS. It's going to be interesting to see how both them and North are going to try and plug a $4 million gap in their annual finances moving forward. You could just about guarantee if we gave up our Alice Springs game that one of them would jump in to replace us with the Hawks no doubt signing a sponsorship deal with Lasseters casino.
