I was hoping it would be Port-demons grand final, so we’d at least have all of Vic behind us. From what I’m seeing in Facebook we already do. Glad to se that locally they’re supporting the underdog. I guess if it was Freo-Giants grand final, I’d go for Freo as they’ve been waiting so long

Even if Jones was a certainty to play he should go. She needs him there. It’s his wife and his children. He won’t play forever, he’ll be a father forever. It’s the most unselfish decision he’s made. Its a shame she was due at this point, but she was always going to give birth at this point. I’m actually surprised he went in the first place. I hope his wife doesn’t feel any kind of guilt, because she shouldn’t.

After the way they played last night I’m scared. What frustrates me is because of this stupid extra week, they now finally get a week off to rest and recover. The double chance is pointless. 1954 rematch

I’m going to do something I promised I’d do if we made it. I’m going to watch the 2000 grand final for the first time. Just to remind myself how hard it will be if we lose and how important it is not to do it again. What are other people going to do?
