  1. He's contracted till the end of 2018. He has plenty of potential, so I dunno about never playing him again. But I'm with you, he needs to find something fast or get left behind permanently. Re: Tyson I remember Goody mentioning he'll be back this week in the presser on Sunday. Did I mishear that?
  2. I think all are winnable, although winning them all unlikely. I'm concerned about playing Adelaide without Jones and Viney, and if we don't get back Watts and Tyson I think we'll really struggle GWS game will again depend on personnel. With Viney and or Jones back I rate us a sneaky chance (pending no further injuries) Every other game I actually expect us to win regardless of circumstance.
  3. I guess I should've known that my tongue-in-cheek comment would be taken as gospel by some ... classic DL
  4. Gee whiz, that tin foil hat of yours must get hot in summer. What next - AFL covers up Roswell landing? SEN responsible for JFK murder?
  5. Lord Jetta surely a short-priced fav
  6. Not sure this is worth discussing. Moving right along.
  7. You take yourself far too seriously
  8. Very punchable head. Almost certainly has very few mates and a non-existent sex life.
  9. I read it all champion - don't let the fact I read above the level of a 16 year old get under your skin The analysis is average at best, and given this is a public forum, people have the right to criticise posts like this (especially when the post itself is so widely critical of the team). Jog on mate, I'm sure Joe's a big boy and can handle himself without you.
  10. Good post, I hear what you're saying and won't try to argue with any of that. Time will tell - lets hope you're wrong! (If we play September this year I think we'll see why we need him more than ever)
  11. I love the fact Clarry is pissing so many people off (whilst maintaining elite performances weekly) Keep it coming, Clarry!
  12. He contributed plenty last night - 24 touches, 10 contested and 7 marks. Stop thinking he needs to be one of our elites - that's not what he was brought to the club for. Of all those players you mentioned - none of them had the presence of mind to instruct ANB to chip and effectively seal the win beyond all doubt. Good game from Lewis IMO
  13. Too many people here think that when players like him don't get 30 touches every week they're useless. Completely baffling lack of understanding from some. He removed any possibly of a loss last night.
  14. Silenced a few doubters in here with quality leadership last night. Good to see.
  15. Absolutely - which is why Lever would almost be the last piece to our premiership puzzle
  16. Garlett limited influence? Harmes rarely sighted? Nev one memorable interception? This post is garbage, 1 minute of my life I'll never get back.
  17. I'm surprised anyone's ever been investigated for murder in that case
  18. Yes, you're right - no complaint needs to be made for a police investigation to commence. Police, in effect, make the complaint on behalf of the victim if they so choose.
  19. Yeah, makes sense when you put it like that ... Hahaha
  20. Out of curiosity - what has Lewis done since coming to the MFC that would have you following his lead over guys like Tmac or Gawn? Not bashing on JL, I'm a fan.
  21. illuminati confirmed
  22. Great to hear Jesse is getting stuck in to it Thanks heaps for the updates Demon77!
  23. It's so nice seeing numbers like this. I'm sure it motivates the boys. Love it
  24. Did he have a history of violent on-field discretions before they employed him BB? If so - strange priorities indeed!
  25. It comes down to duty of care mostly. Same way the AFL subsidised Ben Cousin's rehab (and offered the same support to James Hird). An employer has a certain amount of liability when it comes to things like this. And I don't think it's helpful speculating whether the victim and their family have been offered support (other than to project your obvious distaste for the AFL's current administration). I think you'll find it's quite the opposite because, again, the AFL has certain liability in these situations.
