Yep I was going to post that but the vibe was funny/negative so threw them up. Jason Taylor has been in some ways a saviour for us and doesn't get enough credit, has an eye for talent hopefully as good as Stephen Wells in time.

Another way to look at that is, if PJ is the best, then everyone else is behind/below him, Pert is the best of that bunch. PJ is leaving so we had to choose someone and this guy is next best, it's all we can do.

Experienced, on track, need training facilities and follow through. While the club said they wanted to promote from within, I think this is the best move, the other candidates are inexperienced for this role IMO. Give them a pay rise to keep them happy, if Mahoney wants CEO role it would be good for him to be mentored by another experienced bloke anyway. Validated by AFL also.

There’s no doubt other teams can expose Lewis and Vince. He wasn’t the worst today but he picks up many cheap possessions, short handballs and 15m chip kicks. I’m sure he’s providing leadership but game has passed him and still 18 month on his contract. I’d pay him out at seasons end
