"The number
27,068 was the biggest crowd for a Melbourne and Port Adelaide game at the MCG. It was the 10th match between the two sides at the home of football, with this clash eclipsing the previous best of 24,533 in round five, 1999."

Wasn't it one of our better crowds v Port in recent times? Critical and poor thread really. I Have paid a membership for 25 years and hardly been to a game due to work and place of residence. Its very Melbourne like to think of negatives. Combine that with freezing cold windy conditions not suited for the elderly then I think 27,000 was a good effort.
Lets hope with the ins it gives the tired boys a lift seeing the guns back. A fresh start with two must win games ahead & a focus back on our corralling and pressure will see us win.
It was possibly the worst disposal inside 50 that I had seen in a long time. Interestingly it seemed a plan to do this before the match as Goody was interviewed and said he wanted to expose Crows defenders. Anyway, whats done is done, I just wish Hogan would work harder and not sook
