Funny you say this, all of my friends will say the same of me, I always used to tell them to stop blaming the umpires but this year has raised some questions IMO.

I think both tbh, umpiring this year across the board has been terrible but we have had some shocking ones, today and North x 2 off top of my head. Which is why I asked the questions, are we undisciplined etc.. It's not about totals, its about blatant frees not paid. Up until mid season, from memory we were 17-18 in league for frees for.

Deserves a good old chat. Personally I think the whole AFL are corrupt and try to even up games to protect their image of an even competition, but... Why are we so slaughtered with blatant frees? Are we not playing to the rules? Are we undisciplined? I seriously question some umpiring decisions in recent seasons, Razor and Matt Nicholls are by far the worst against us. Tom McDonald back in defence gives me more confidence and straightens us up, Oscar, I had been critical but his year has been a great story of persistence. Hogan up forward, Salem and Watts back would be handy. Wagner goes out as does Weed and possibly Petracca for a rest? Garlett has had a tough few weeks personally, but he's allowed to, his year has been great. We need to thump Lions next week.
