  1. I really did feel the umps had a bee in their bonnet last night. Right from the very start. By half time in the most atrocious conditions the frees were 14 to four against. When the rain is pelting down that diffferential is much more amplified and we we were lucky to be only twenty odd down. The second half i guess the maggots realised the issue and gave us seven frees but just to be sure the dogs still got another ten. 25 frees to 11. On a dry night that would impact most games. On this shockjng wet event i beliveve it would seal any teams chances. Yes we missed too many shots but thats tge way we are. On a consistent and level with professionals adjudicating without obvious prejudice we would have at least been in it all the way. Watch tge replay and the frees paid and not paid ..where and when and it will show the umps were for whatever reason determined to see dogs get up. I wish the club would at least mention it. Dogs are the umps darlings without fail.
  2. Deep down i thought we might lose but we had our chances. We have hit a slump at tge wrong time. The umps really loved the dogs and the more than double frees was game over. Sadly it makes the losses and draw to the poor teams a real issye and may cost us the flag now.
  3. On a wet night 14 to 4 is a huge disparity. Ten more frees in these confitions is easily four goals.
  4. The dees triple again Slow start Poor kicking Dodgy umps.
  5. That explains a lot. The consistency tonight is non existant and they are picking them at will. It spoils it.
  6. I know its wet but im not sure jackson can mark much.
  7. I know i rabbit about the maggots but seven to two on a night like this is fourteen to four. Cheets cheets and cheets.
  8. That wasnt it but agreed that is a total disgrace. Wish the horse stepped on him.
  9. I hope Jackson gets back to his best tonight.
  10. Wish I could find it. Was Channel nine news in Sydney covering the anti whatever protest. I think the fire dancer was part of the entertainment portion until he dissappeared under a cloud of anti flame chemicals.
  11. And some tv boffin producer at seven decided nsw want to watch the olympics. Sheesh.
  12. Viney will lift tonight. Vanders unlucky.
  13. On a lighter side if you want a really good laugh...i urge you to find the footage of the fire dancer at the sydney protest. They hosed him out. Funnier than Aunt Mabels [censored] in the wringer.
  14. Im calling Anthony Mundine out as a complete [censored] for his anti mask rhetoric.
  15. Would have stuck with Chaucer myself.
  16. Umps having a run on as well against gc.
  17. They were very slow out of the blocks to say the least but my goodness they are putting on a clinic now. This is the real lions and a worry when on especially smoking Joe.
  18. Were used to the class and culture of Dees supporters.
  19. Really need to win tonight. Dont want us playing port in our first final on their turf. Then the hawks draw and cwood....crows fiasco losses come back and could cost us a flag before we get a look in. Gee credit given for our wins against top teams but those losses really stand out at this end of the season and they were as monumental as our wins. We dont make it easy for ourselves. Im sorry but its true.
  20. I predict white knuckles....vows broken....a trip to the bottle o at half time, a nervous dog, concerned neighbours and a happy camper after a roller coaster ride. Nothing new.
  21. I guess we whipped them last time.
