Nice perspective but that draw wasnt an aberration. As such I think most of us have had our confidence shaken in a flag this year. We sre still in a great position as you say but we have taken a big step backwards at the wrong time. The big issue will be if the players confidence has been drained. The fumbles that went through the team like epson salts smacked of panic and desperation. Not a look you expect from top v bottom six weeks out from finals. Also our lower tackle count is a huge concern. There should be no excuse for this if we want a flag. We know this team has been great in regrouping and refiring but Im worried this was one time too many to be honest.

Yep. Although I thought bb wasnt bad. Talls got in each others way too often and Hawks did a goid job crowding us out. Slow movement on our part helped tgem achieve this.

Sad but true. Not holding marks and not kicking many goals. We are a fwd short. Not sure if Sw is the answer though.

Kicking at goal would be a good learning for us.

Our lack of tackling was woeful but even more so in our backline. I think it was their worst performance ever. Also with Jackson averaging half a goal a game we are a forward down. His ground skills are good but he drops a lot of marks, The top teams we have beaten must be wondering how at this moment in time.

Ouch. As much as I enjoy gus and gawnie podcasts .....gus should stop and spend more time kicking at goals. And a few others. Did we train too hard during the week? So slow. Its just so hard to see us winning a flag after that rubbish. There has to be a reason we cant beat low teams. But who knows.
