i can't think of one way how it is a negative comment, or bad line. How many matches are one when a team is not competitive? If you've followed the dees for any length of time, which obviously you have, you'd know competitiveness has long been one of our biggest problems - 06 losses to the Blues for instance. It is the process that gets teams to premierships! If players are competitive 100 percent of the time and follow a good style of play, they become very hard to beat.

Why's Meesen not in the middle?

By that article, no one seems to happy about it. Clearly mentions it's because Jamar is injured, then spends a couple of paragraphs relating how Spencer can't play because he's a rookie, before finally adding a quote from Bailey that he "hasn't been too bad" this pre season. Well, when we have ruckmen that win the tap we seem to lose the clearance, hopefully vice versa will apply. He'll have to lift around the ground, to say the least.
