Twilight Saturday is OK, twilight Sunday is actually horrible. I go every week rain, hail or hangover, but even I question if I'd make it to every Sunday twlight game. Sunday evenings are when most people have a nice relax at home before the week ahead, the Sun goes down and I like to relax before thinking about Monday. I absolutely loathe having to get home after 8pm on a Sunday.

Can't say I agree. It's not like we didn't realise these guys were coming back when we promoted him, and it's not like we promoted him to desperately plug a hole last week as he pretty much did the opposite (a slow player coming in against the speedy Dogs)

Garland and Warnock held them to 4 combined. One of their lowest tallies for the year. Franklin kicked 3.3, but the 3 kicked were pretty much from 50 out

I wasn't for Valenti being promoted, but I am for giving him a decent go when he gets put in (like every other young player has gotten in the past)

I've been impressed with, in no particular order: Taylor Walker, Dangerfield, Hill (Freo), Ziebell, Rioli (though that's no big surprise), Grimes, Bennell, Dawson (great credit to him for fighting back), Vince - I think he's quality, Goddard is finding his feet, Dal Santo is proving a few people wrong, Tredrea, and NO ONE ELSE... just kidding

I've never been so confident that we're building a solid team from the ground on up, and developing them in a mature and purposeful fashion, as I am now...mind you I'm only young, but I think that's saying something

Whelan may go to Williams. I wouldn't mind seeing Grimes, because I think he's an excellent reader of the ball/play, helping out on Franklin with Martin manning him - how's Rivers going? Warnock to Roughead. Bartram to start on Rioli? A lot of tough matchups, especially without Rivers and Garland
