  1. This reminded me of this old thread
  2. Yeah I thought I was right but went back and got a bit confused. We've won 132 matches in regular season before this year, they have won 129. So now that would stand at 136 and 137. But to not include finals is ludicrous. Hence pre-season should stand at 138-130.
  3. My pizza was an hour late. I also didn't realise I was getting the tomato margerita. No votes
  4. I can't do it on my own though, it'll need to be a team performance with everyone putting in 110% one week at a time for four quarters a week for 22 rounds bleeding red and blue the whole time.
  5. You can rest easy Vagg. I'll be at the G next season...
  6. I was seen at the Melbourne game in Geelong on the weekend, but I will categorically say that I am not moving to Geelong, despite the fact that it must have appeared that way.
  7. I'd have hoped it'd already be in the works.
  8. Matildas win the Asian cup in a penalty shootout. Good stuff girls! Could a mod change the thread name to soccer thread or something like that.
  9. I think it'd be good if it was revealed before the walk to the G. Maybe handed out flags with the new emblem on it to wave about!
  10. Mckenzie? Dropped for poor form? What?
  11. Equally, I can see him as being a dominate, premiership winning half back who holds the oppostion's danger forward and sets up attack after attack.
  12. Maybe it's like golf. He gets paid lots for the word but proportionally less per word...
  13. Fiancee asked me Thursday night what I thought of Scully n' Trengove being rested. I said, it's good to give them a rest as they're probably wrecked from the week (and weeks) before and could definitely do with a break. She Devil alerted me to Wheels being on the Marngrook footy show and he said he'd have liked to have seen the boys against the best team in the comp. Enough said, Bailey is rubbish, can't coach and should have played the boys against the best team in the comp. Inflamation!
  14. You obviously don't see how "undisciplined" he is RPFC, your lack of vision is astounding.
  15. Was that in response to me? I'll vote then, in my drunken laughably odd state as I wait for my pizza with free garlic bread. 6. Gysberts (I simply cannot go past a guy in his debut at such a venue being a key part of our play and looking solid throughout.) 5. Green (for providing the only, for a change!, forward target that we have) 4. Bartram (has worked bloody hard and has reached, if not surpassed, the player he was in '06) 3. Frawley (nough said) 2. Davey (tried hard all day) 1. Moloney (as with Davey) Apology to Miller and Mcdonald who also battled hard but just didn't do quite enough.
  16. Couldn't give a [censored] what the opposition do. I just worry about what our boys do.

    Moloney

Obviously, but I don't think there's anything wrong in praising their massive efforts and applauding the fact that they will make it bloody hard for anyone to come in and take their spot - because that player will have to put in consistently for 4 quarters before they'll get a look in. Which is also fantastic as it will further push the team.
  18. Hrm. He stood next to him as the ball was bounced, by the time the ruckmen got a hand to it he was 5 metres away from him. He wasn't told to got with Ablett at all IMO. Great debut though, exciting stuff. He'll love the G with the boys.
  19. Watts - play in front! That's about all. I can't deal with the "Macdonald was solid" "Grimes was slow" bollocks.
  20. lol. OMG. Not accountable, undisciplined. My God. Jack Grimes? The Melbourne guy? Number 16? Far out, you blokes watch a different game to me!
  21. Not one to usually comment on other people's votes, but Sylvia? Honestly?
  22. They're probably just basing that on their own experience with Tom Hawkins.
