  1. I will be able to but don't think I can make a copy by Saturday... I could make a copy and post it to you?
  2. Talk about melodrama. Losing Petterd (even with compensation) would be a disaster? Surely you jest. I'm not saying I want him to go (far from it) but there's no way that losing him could be considered a disaster, especially considering the list we are building (and have built).

  4. Disappointing pokies still exist.
  5. Hope he gets it, will vote for him, but Gablett's game was outrageous
  6. Don't stop there HT, let's re-name the whole damned city!! We'll call it "Melbourne"! Sounds good to me!

  8. Both coaches gave Scully best on ground. And Grimes got 4 votes for equal third best on ground, well well well! How ill-disciplined he must have been.
  9. In a weird way, I almost feel that as a young team on the rise, these close (possibly unfair) losses to highly rated opposition a benficial from an outside perspective. People are all about the Dees at the moment (including the media) and I think these losses build to that momentum. They don't help my heart though!
  10. I think it'll be costly to West Coast if we play the way I hope we will in response!
  11. Scully is a 7 gamer and I'll take that into consideration (I'm obviously thrilled with his game) but you cannot compare his game with Ablett's on the weekend simply because of the amount of possessions. Ablett's was one of the most damaging individual games you're likely to see from a player, Scully's was not. Obviously I'm not saying this to take any shine off, but think it has to be said.
  12. My change from the start of the season would be to have Junior in the team. I think I had him on the bench (namely because of his captaincy). Now I'd have him as one of the first picked on form.
  13. I'd be happy to see two things. 1. A Melbourne win. 2. Jack Grimes
  14. You suggested that if he kept up his ill-disciplined ways he would be dropped and you were rightly canned for it. Give it a rest. Constantly posting the same garbage on a variety of threads isn't helping you "point" get across because your "point" is rubbish. Last week he had 33 disposals in the backline against a team that outplayed us the whole day. This weekend he had 28 (I think) against a top four team in the pouring rain. He has played 19 games and is already one of our best players. Seriously, cut it out. You are looking ridiculous. You've "made" your "point" now leave it.
  15. That's what I was trying to get at in my earlier post. Thanks for that ID.
  16. I think there must have been a rule change somewhere along the line that we aren't aware of, and the decisions will probably be judged as being correct (on that principle). In the cats/swans game Stevie J took a mark (that was clearly on the full). Both the goal and boundary umpires said it was in the field of play but the field umpire overruled them.
  17. Weren't there murmurs that Sylvia was targeted after his working over (and subsequent suspension) of Selwood last year? I'd rather Sylvia make West Coast pay on the scoreboard. If we play how we've played 5 of the last 6 weeks we'll win and win well. If.
  18. It happened quite a bit in his few AFL games as well.
  19. Having not seen the replay (well, I did, but that was 3am Saturday morning so probably not the most reliable) I thought his last quarter, especially, was fantastic.
  20. Obviously because he's played 19 games and should be flawless by now.
