That's a good summary and I'm probably guilty of some of the things you mention. Jones will become a very important part of our midfielder, although he's probably already in that bracket. I doubt that he'll ever win a brownlow or anything like that but my expecations (barring injury) are a long consistent career. I've been critical of some of CAC's first round picks but both the Jones and McLean picks were great choices.

Bartram and elite are two words that I find difficult to put together without a isn't inbetween. I have my hopes that he becomes a solid contributor but he lacks the skills to ever reach the elite class.
