  1. Another big thanks to Demonland, Ghostwriter, Ditcha, Fritta and Turner, Earl Hood, Kev, Gawnbeatsnerds, all posters and Special comments for another great training thread. Great to hear that “Flash” and his son Marley were in attendance and that he featured on the website.👏 well done Media Team, more of this please.🙏
  2. My head is well and truly out of the sand rpfc and “Culture” has been done to death, actually to such an extent -Culture is now like a dirty word that wouldn’t pass censorship on DLand. A bit sad really.
  3. From TMAc comment our culture is not perfect, we get this sensational diatribe from Kane Cornes “I Told You They Were Lying”, can’t believe a word that comes out of their mouths. What an over exaggerating [censored]. No one ever, ever said our Culture was Perfect. There is no such thing, our biggest failure was to not kick straight when it mattered most and that has cost the Club immeasurable damage both prestige wise and financially. The Player fall out in 24-25 has been mulled over with nauseous abandon.
  4. I don’t think that Gawn, Rivers and Kozzie will be involved DeeSpencer.
  5. Tracc is a former Melbourne Champion who was universally loved by the Demon faithful right up until he said he wants out. He shouldn’t feel denigrated because he chose to pursue other interests outside footy, I wish Clarry had of pursued something more wholesome.
  6. gOTD we will just have to wait and see how Shane progresses, if his body holds up who knows but if he can’t sustain his fitness you are probably right.
  7. To be honest Clint he was one of our offensive weapons last night and with 38 touches and energy consumed attacking may not have much left in his tank at times when we had a turnover.
  8. That was a cracking game of AFL, so many stars on the field both teams surged at times, fast play on football, apart from Weitering’s injury which was nasty. Probably the best game I’ve watched for some time. Vic’s just batted deeper the Bont and Daicos clearly our best and Jesse Hogan kept their hopes alive, what could have been.
  9. For me it was a great watch, a bit difficult with so many top up players but so many stood out including No.29. The standouts have all been named and mentioned previously but just have to say that I was very impressed with Windsor, Langford, Lindsay , Tholstrup, Picket and Taylor all showed plenty as did Steele, Chin, Lingers, Kentfield, Heath Rooey and Matty Jefferson. Can I also just say that I’m glad that my sister didn’t have to dance with some of you on here. 😁👍
  10. We saw Clayton at his very best for 4-5 years and his best was The Best, then late ‘23 - EO 25 through injury and other issues we saw a huge drop off in performance but still on huge $$$’s. If GWS get to see our Original Clayton it will mean that he has sorted out his fitness and mental health and that will be a good thing for him and The Giants, If not it will be a sad ending to a brilliant career.
  11. I know where you are coming from Beelzebub who would want to relocate from the G to Waverley. I’m with WayneWussell dig in, stay at Gosh’s until Caulfield is Signed, Sealed and Delivered, then we move. Are AFL trying to get our Head Office out of the G??
  12. Do you mean Onley Trigon 194cm with pace?
  13. We now have options Cranky, give them all a run I say let’s see who can cut the mustard.
  14. Well that was a fun clip, So MFC, humorous and polished, Brody is going to cop it.
  15. Big thanks to Ghostwriter (welcome back), Demonland, Ditcha, thirty-one, travy14, Fritta and Turner, all posters and special comments greatly appreciated.😁👍
  16. Thanks Fritta and Turner just looked it up 4-6 weeks but can drag on for up to 6 months lethargy if you cop a bad dose. Poor Kalani’s.
  17. Welcome back Ghostwriter hope you had a great holiday with the Fam and granddaughter.
  18. Thanks Dr. Gonzo I was always a bit surprised and Angry when Strawbs O’Dwyer was traded to Tiges, made no sense at the time when we lacked a lot of class.
  19. Some one will write a book one day Demonsone and connect all the dots but not in my lifetime. I’m still waiting for the Eagles story following the 2006 Premiership.
  20. No i’m pretty sure that Henderson is now on our Rookie List Mickey and Shane McAdam is on our main list for ‘26.
  21. I believe that we will all remember James Harmes for that magnificent gather and kick to Fritta’s advantage at the critical time in the game that changed the momentum and turned the game in our favour. We wish you well Harmsey and hope to see you back around the club when you are ready to rejoin your Demon family.
  22. Finally Dr. Gonzo a good hard fought win vs Blues.👍
  23. We really got trounced in Round 17 & 18 Hawks so much talent and a lot of Eagles who became A graders in their side as well, both sides had height class and pace to burn.
  24. I’m tipping a broken nose Dazzle, surely not a facial fracture.🥲
  25. Agree totally Macca we had to work so hard for our goals thank goodness for Gazza and Brian Wilson, we missed Robbie, a tall marking fwd and two more speedy midfielders. That told in the end.
