  1. Where has he stated this??
  2. Wonder if Adam Cerra will come back into trade calculations.
  3. No they wouldn't. This is exactly what was said last night by Sammy Edmund I'm pretty sure regarding the noise with management
  4. How's that going so far? Absolute fluff is all that is.
  5. He's right. As if young players would tell a middle age nuffy cheer squad member facts of what really goes behind the club. It's all a PR play by the club. Smile in front of the supporters, treat them well, thank them for their support and play the straight bat. They get trained to do this lol You were only telling us just the other week how rosy everything at the club was going, and completely ridiculed Tom Morris when all this initially broke out. You just look rather foolish now.
  6. Peter Jackson please.
  7. Forgot what journo said it tonight (Sam Edmund), but they said that Connors sports are very big on keeping this kind of stuff in house and are always adamant not to publicly request trade unless certain clubs can do the deals. It was something along those lines. Maybe there is some legs to what @Davos said.
  8. Glaringly obvious.. ๐Ÿ˜…
  9. This was June 2021. We are now August 2024 and we are no where near any different to where we were back in 21.. Embarrassing to say at least. https://www.melbournefc.com.au/news/960049/pert-excited-by-home-base-progress
  10. Isn't this exactly what some of us supporters have also been crying out for? Some of us been asking for a change in leadership above for many months. The clubs cultures under the Pert, Richardson and Roffey watch has been nothing short of being at a poor standard. The way they've handled they've handled certain issues over the past 12 months ths is still simmering (some can't be mentioned on here) and yet it now takes a star player who is damage control to finally call for an emergency board meeting. We've now got supporting turning on Trac purely because he's been disappointed in the way certain issues have been handled by our so called leadership above.
  11. Gross. Leave me out of this one please.
  12. Agree 100% with this.
  13. Deary me.. Some really startling points in this. Garry Pert currently in an emergency board meeting discussing all the current matters including the Petracca saga. Lloyd stating that he's spoken to some current melbourne players that have said that they think would be best if Christian left the club.
  14. Makes me appreciate the guy even more that a few cheer squad members don't like him lol I'm not spiteful at all, just hilarious the irony in all this that all of a sudden how quickly you can turn on a player when he's clearly brought negative press to the footy club. As recent as a few days ago and last week you were still critical of people on here for suggesting he leaves. Funny..
  15. Oh yeah hows this working for you both? Funny how you've completely turned on Petracca WCW. Stating he's a 'Diva' because supposedly he wants to play in big crowds.. Bit hypocritical considering you're the first to smash anyone on here that says anything remotely negative about any player and here you are throwing shade at him. The guy suffering mental health and you're calling him a Diva.. classy. Maybe Tom Morris was right all along eh?
  16. Adding further to that. While Petracca does want out, Edmund says that the Demon understands a trade could be unrealistic given his huge trade value and the fact that heโ€™s contracted until the end of the 2029 season. Even though the 28-year-old may remain a Demon, Edmund says that a number of his teammates are unhappy with him and that relationships have been strained between player and club across the board. โ€œBut he knows it's very difficult, and he knows he signed that seven-year contract a couple of years ago through to 2029. So, at the same time, he's realistic to where he sits,โ€ Edmund said. โ€œMore than a couple of those teammates are unhappy with him at the moment. They didn't like the trip to Noosa in particular, they were vocal about that and thereโ€™s been relationships strained across the board.โ€
  17. Bye bye Trac
  18. Sam Lalor is the type of midfield talent you can build a team around. Tough, aggressive and ability to score when resting up forward. Lalor adds some much needed midfield talent and depth.
