Can some give a brief summary on what he says tonight on the couch?

If we get say pick 2 and priority pick 3 I would easily trade it for Swallow and keep 3 on a mid in the draft. Wasn't there a report a while ago on SEN that we had put in a pretty big offer to Swallow anyway??

Found this on the Gold Coast Bigfooty Board. Hi guys, I'm new but I know a couple of the players who play for us. A few rumors I've heard swirling around lately. 1. Swallow looks set to be traded to Melbourne. Clayton is reportedly a fan of the move as it means that our list age will start to spread out. He is of the belief that Aish (who we would most likely get in the trade as we would receive pick 2) is just as good as Swallow. Swallow wanted out of the club 2 years ago and requested a trade to North but we declined. From what I hear the club will not stand in the way of Swallow going to the Demons. He has been offered a lucrative deal that we have stated is 'un-matchable'. 2. The club is reportedly looking at Michael Voss as an assistant in 2014 which would be a great addition. 3. Don't be surprised if James Frawely comes to the suns. McKenna is reportedly a big fan. 4. Heath Shaw and Dale Thomas have been discussed at length but no formal offer has been tabled to date. I would expect negotiations would develop this week now that Collingwood's season is over. Cheers. I know people are going to say oh its only bigfooty blah blah blah.. but its something to discuss. Personally I would do it. His potential is far much great then Sloane and Selwood. The guy was a jet at under 18 level and even his first couple of years he looked really good! only 20 years old with already 50 games under his belt. Inside mid who has break away pace and is tough and courage's. Built like a brickshitouse too! Thoughts?

Luke Dunstan is your man ;-)

I thought that too the other day.. I still continue to laugh at the way Brisbane have completely stuffed this up. Sacked Voss thinking Roos was dead set in the box seat for them only to turn them down. There board is a disgrace

I thought Kent had a great year. started slowly but got better as the year went on. Played mainly forward but let remember he was a ball magnet midfielder for the Colts in the WAFL. To play 15 games and kick 10 goals is a great achievement for a first year player. I would even go as far as say that I have him picked before Tapscott Very tough, solid body, break away pace, a booming kick on him and a good mark for his size. I hope he builds a strong endurance base this summer as I see him pushing up to the midfield and making a impact. With his hardness and speed around the ball he reminds me a bit of Luke Shuey. Thoughts?

Reports that he has asked for a trade. In my opinion he is a must get for us. Still young and would slot straight into our midfield. Has been dominating the NEAFL but with GWS young guns its a hard place to break in atm. This was Pre Draft: Anthony Miles is an inside midfielder from Howlong near Albury and is hailed as a natural leader having captained NSW/ACT at both the NAB Under”16 and Under”18 Championships. In 2009 Miles played 13 matches as a bottom aged player for the Murray Bushrangers in the TAC Cup, and in 2010 he played 11 matches to average an elite 27 disposals and 12 contested possessions per match. In both seasons he was runner”up in the Bushrangers best and fairest and in 2010 was selected in the TAC Cup Team of the Year. At the 2009 NAB Under”18 Championships he averaged 13 disposals and five-contested possessions while in 2010 his averages of 30 disposals and 13 contested possessions were both ranked number one. These efforts saw him selected in the 2010 NAB AFL U18 All”Australian team. This was at the start of the year: Anthony Miles made his AFL debut in Round 4 against Adelaide, collecting 15 disposals and eight marks on debut. The tough midfielder played seven games in his first season in the AFL with an impressive average of 18.3 disposals and 4.9 marks. Miles’ most exciting display in his first season was against Fremantle in Round 17 when he amassed 27 disposals and took six marks. Miles also showed a lot of promise with a number of best on ground performances in the NEAFL in 2012. More Info: February 28, 1992, 181cm, 76kg Anthony has great ability to win the contested footy. He uses it effectively, which sets him apart from many others. His work rate is outstanding and is matched by his energy and fanaticism to do the extra things, which complements his game well.

Well today Roos officially starts his duties! I think list managment today?

I doubt Scully would be spitting chips being at GWS as some are making out to be. They will have great succes in the future. How he finished third with the year he just had has me bewilded..

Im a bit skeptical as Roos has come out and said he is willing to trade pick 2. I only hope that only if we get another priority pick. Im all for trading for a gun midfielder but we also need to keep rebuilding our midfield with hard body kids.

THE DRAFT: TAC CUP FUTURE STARS ROLLING DRAFT
dazzledavey36 replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
Luke Dunstan will have a better career then aish and kelly. Is a born natural leader, tough as guts, clearence specialist, kicks goals, and would make a impact straight away like Wines has done this year. Trust me he will make up for not having Wines there mark my words. -
Maybe he is our new senior assistant coach to take over from the old man!
