Some interesting names who are currently put of contract that intrigued me. Spargo, Hunt, Hore, Omac, Smith, Jones, Sparrow, Hibberd and Brown. These names who have played some footy this year and contribute well. Reason I also put Hore in there because I feel he is rated highly internally. If he was fit, he would have played more instead of Smith. Just remember at one stage throughout last year he was leading the competition for intercept marks.

He's worth a look for sure. In terms of key forwards, in this day and age, he's small in terms of height wise for a key forward now. While he's got the physical attributes of a power forward, he's only 192cm tall.

Surprised there's not a thread on this. On the captains run, Angus explained his injury, and yes i am no medical expert, but that sounds like a pretty horrific injury that he's got going? Mentions that it's in and around his Lisfranc which is what pretty much killed Jack Trengoves career. With our history of significant foot injuries and most not able to get back to their very best, it makes you wonder we'll see Angus back to his 2018 form.

Heard this late last year when I bumped into a a albury lad I knew through my work with the Murray Bushrangers, who's on their playing list. At the time I didn't think much off it. It only came up when i asked him about the change of captaincy and his thoughts on it. Interesting though.
