  1. Via AFL.com Another player to watch will be Finlay Macrae, with the potential for the younger brother of Western Bulldogs star Jack to slide through to the later stages of the first round as Richmond and Melbourne track him closely with their top-20 picks.
  2. Oliver's strong bond and relationship with Brendan McCartney is underestimate. It makes sense why he probably felt a bit disgruntled this year. Can see Williams working wonders for him.
  3. Hoky feck this is huge news. I rate him extremely highly and have a mate who plays at Werribee. Reckons he's one of the best coaches he's ever played under.
  4. I'm a big fan of Gulden. There's a lot of Tom Papley about with his x factor and arrogance.
  5. I don't think so. Would need to trade up.
  6. We'll bid on Errol Gulden, which imo Sydney won't match the bid. Gulden becomes a Demon with our first pick. Second pick will be used on Jack Carroll if available. Don't be surprised if we also place a bid on Blake Coleman if Sydney match the Gulden pick. It'll be still up in the air whether Brisbane match or not.
  7. He was a high end talent footballer right from a young age as @goodoil pointed out.... Its not like he was an athlete first who then turned to football in the last few years.. The difference with Holmes is that he so happened to be a very talented athlete in athletics, and it seems that this was a path he could potentially go down professionally if he decided that instead of footy. Bit like kids now days choosing between basketball and footy. He's always had footy in the background. There is no comparison really.
  8. The Blicavs comment was bizarre. I think someone reads too much phantom bigfooty drafts. I remember Holmes back in the the school boys day back in the under 15 level. He was small but he was still a well coordinated footballer who had strong athletic traits. I'm amazed how much he's grown. His style is similar to our very own Murray Bushranger lad in Dom Bedendo who is also hoping to get pick up on Wednesday.
  9. Great info. Well done Goodoil.
  10. Go and read the question I replied too. People are surprised he isn't being talked up. My answer is pretty much that would most likely mean that he is simply not rated potential to draft standard. It seems he's rookie at best.
  11. Maybe because he is not highly rated as some would like to think......
  12. Oliver actually struggled with the demands of AFL professionalism in his first 12 months. His diet and off field work was quite poor. That until Brendan McCartney and Billy Stretch took him aside to help him adjust.
  13. This. I would only be interested if our recruiting team see him as a potential AFL player. If he is not up to the standard then let's not waste our time. I don't want him just on name alone.
  14. I think its been well documented for a number of years now that Wiz has been living in Melbourne for the past 5 years..
  15. Matt balmer has us taking Brayden Cook and Jack Carroll with his phantom draft. https://coupler.foxsports.com.au/api/v1/article/amp/afl/afl-draft-2020-afl-draft-afl-draft-order-phantom-draft-mock-draft-matt-balmer-top-draft-prospects-predictions-whispers-news/news-story/f7f474fb713ea7b1013a0163ce04d15e?__twitter_impression=true
  16. He's listed Melbourne as his current location.
  17. Look at his current location..... https://instagram.com/kobe__farmer?igshid=1klbozrnzs1x6
  18. Yeah I think you are correct, for some reason I actually thought he had another year left to be drafted. My mistake
