  1. I've heard more from Peter Lawrence in one day then I have from Kate Roffey in 12 months. I like this guy.
  2. You said I was jumping at shadows, which clearly I wasn't, so yes it is necessary to bring it up to prove a point that I wasn't. That's all..
  3. Jesus christ.. I could honestly handle Trac leaving but not Koz.. Devastated.
  4. Clearly what's right for Nibbler is right for Kozzie eh DJ?
  5. Yeah it annoys me that some of these called journo's clearly don't do their research. Midfield depth this year has been a significant issue for us. Stock piling on talent is a big need especially if Trac goes.
  6. The last part of that interview is pretty damning to hear.
  7. It was awful wasn't it..
  8. For the love of God please no more ex basketball athletes turned football wannabes.. I'm sick of the Bradtkes and Farris-Whites that have zero Footy IQ clogging up our list. Get a proper young ruckman through any junior talent level whether that's through Coates League or WAFL Colts and just let them be footballers first and foremost. I'm hoping we're looking closely at Joe Pike from the Geelong Falcons or Jordan Doherty from Dandenong Stingrays if we're looking at developing rucks later on in the draft. Honestly, all the best to KFW and whatever he chooses to pursue moving forward. Thanks for your efforts.
  9. Sam Edmund Adam Tomlinson “Set to leave Melbourne as an unrestricted free agent. Wants more opportunity. Just wants to play. Is St Kilda the home as his third club?”
  10. Requested the trade to Gold Coast.
  11. Always tough time notifying players that they won't be receiving contracts. Beauty about it is that they would have been getting some good communication (I hope) around where they stood and they'd know deep down that they wouldn't be getting contract especially when you're still struggling at suburban level. Knowing his personality, wouldn't surprise me to see Schache back playing for Seymour in the GV league next year with his mates.
  12. Whately and Kingy have hit the nail on the head with this one.
  13. Gross. Leave me out of this one please.
  14. Sam Lalor is the type of midfield talent you can build a team around. Tough, aggressive and ability to score when resting up forward. Lalor adds some much needed midfield talent and depth.
  15. So that's where you learn your lessons and don't follow it up by picking the Zak Jones of the world. He's an absolute potato and a [censored] bloke to go with as well. Pass.
  16. Zak Jones as a trade target... now I've seen it all Vomit
  17. Speaking of #5 but did the Petracca thread get deleted??
  18. Murphy Reid has a lot of Zak Butters traits that are certainly appealing.
  19. Thanks for the update J.
  20. Also, I can guarantee there would have been Melbourne recruiters watching the Dandenong vs Gippsland power game yesterday. Not only have both teams got Melbourne NGA kids playing in Mentha, Andrew, Ah-Mu and Prasad, but top end talent in Cooper Hynes and Harvey Langford. Langfords stocks are certainly rising so I have no doubt he's be right on our radar come pick 5/6. Honestly would be another that the club would like. Nothing are bid bodied midfield bulls who would certainly add much needed talent and depth. Though, I think Hynes would probably more likely be in the teams whereas Langford is certainly a top 10 prospect.
