And @DeeSpencer, abutting heavy traffic routes seems to have technical solutions if the development next to the Kingsway exit from the Westgate is anything to go by! Anyway, isn't this fun, trying to guess what somebody no doubt already knows!

Probably the strictly correct term, JCB, but I think this particular example deserves a much less pejorative label of it's own*. Suggestions anyone? (*Unless, very politically incorrectly, you meant the anatomical colloquialism?...)
