I sat with a mate as Redlegs members this season and we have another mate who called up today to join (he's MCC). The girl on the phone mentioned that they have been inundated with member calls, so much so that the level 2 member section will be sold out today! This bodes well and 50k is very achievable for 2019 and may be closer to 55-60k. Great to hear. Unfortunately I don't think we can get three seats together!

The major benefit is Freo won't want to risk waiting another year as the Eagles may have more to deal with next season. Their hand will get forced as a result.

There was a pick back to Collingwood and 5 & 10 isn't really much different to 7 & 7.

Seriously can't stand that bloke. 1) Neale is easily worth a 1st round pick and early 2nd. 2) Hogan is easily worth two first round picks GC would probably accept pick 5 for May and Freo would be laughing if they got Hogan for Neale.

A lot of those were cheap pick ups and more for depth purposes.

Mahoney's interview discussin Hogan all sounded very rehearsed to the point I think they are a long way down the road with both Freo & GC. I like Hunt but similar to Frost he needs to learn to play within his limitations. His best football was played as a lock-down defender who then turned defense into offense. He seemed to go away from that this year, to the point where he was making stupid mistakes i.e. jumping up 4th man up and not staying down. I also saw him do this in the VFL GF so I'd like to see him get this out of his game.

Could imagine one of those hits early doors Grand Final day to shake things up.

Agree. The idea of 2 first round picks becomes more relevant when you know where they fall. If we get picks 4 & 5 from Freo this is a huge difference to picks 10 & 16.

I would take this in a heartbeat. I'd say we may have to give up next years' 1st rounder also though for this to happen.

Everything I read in that report was exactly the player we need. Get him into our system and watch him flourish into a forward pressure gun!

I am absolutely confident he will be best 22 in the future. Seemed to have some injury concerns at the start of the season and in pre-season which killed his confidence. Think he was also rushed back too quickly against Sydney out of necessity and wasn't ready. I think he just needs to re-set come pre-season next year and work on doing the little things right. Confident that McCartney will get him back to his best.

Bailey Williams is another Dandy player who is touted to be in the top 20. Is he also available to us under these rules?
