  1. Trac will be a champion player. Power/burst players take longer to develop. as opposed to endurance midfield types. look at Dusty, took him 6-7 seasons to perform at a high level each week and run out games. Shopped himself around after 5 seasons and noone wanted him! we will need to be patient with Trac
  2. other teams in contention are being hit by injuries and suspension which will help us: Darling/Kennedy at WC. Darling was the form player of the comp Treloar for the pies - best most damaging mid Burgoyne at hawks Cameron GWS probably 6 weeks is their only decent fwd I honestly think North are shyte and will be found out by the end of the season.
  3. remember all the drafts that were meant to be the best since 2001? Spoiler alert - none of them were close.

Mick is still so bitter about the Buckley succession deal. you signed off on Mick! I think Pert will do very well, he oversaw a period of success on and off the field for Collingwood. they made a mistake with the buckley move but stuff happens. That young 2010 team really should have won 1-2 more flags but Buckley decided a re-build was in order, hilarious! they are only now recovering 6 years later
  5. That’s the bad news. Good news is he sold 10 pairs of shorts today
  6. I'm just relieved I don't have to stick up for him anymore. After 9 years I was exhausted!
  7. I surprised he wasn't dropped a few weeks back. He has been poor. He played a lot better for us over the past 2 years. Hopefully he does well at SANFL and plays against us the next week. Be good to see him play against us
  8. A wise man once said unless you get 9/9 in your footy tips each week, the ladder predictor makes as much sense as cows wearing pants
  9. interesting when you take into account that there is competition for Cripps in getting the hard ball and Clarry has Viney etc to compete with, his acheivement is better than Cripps

Any reason to assume he would not join Hawks or Cats like usual? the Cats may not have that much cap space but I'd imagine he would go there for less if needed

Cant think of many if any A graders that have gone to bottom of the table teams. although they get more money when they leave they always go to a team with at least decent change of a flag in the next few years
  12. That for real Chelly? Kent another 4 weeks??
  13. Thanks for the warning
  14. ive read this twice and have no idea what your point is he rated us as top 8 and now changed his mind based on our performances? and he should not have?
  15. the annoying thing is if I re-did my ladder predictor with the two NT games in Melb I would have us making the finals errr, not to de-rail the thread or nuthin
  16. Bugger, have us missing out. gonna be tight between us, WC, Hawks, Pies. Big unknown is GWS. if injuries continue, they could fall heavily.
  17. The kid is a massive unit! Gone are the days of skinny 18 yo’s
  18. he is not a line coach - ie primarily responsible for the fwds/mids/defs so the reporter is full of BS
  19. Yes. I’d say the time to panic is now. ?
  20. Great response Gus. Can't wait to see what you can do with a run of games under your belt

  22. What are the odds of this biting us on the backside?
  23. This should free us up to buy a couple of clubs on king st
