We cannot lose Trac. our forward line cannot take another hit after losing Hogan. he has plenty of scope for improvement and is finally getting consistent. his next 5 years will be very good do what you need to to keep him MFC

Harsh to pull him up on one moment. If you watched the whole game he set up a lot of play. Kicked a good goal, 2 assists, 7 score involvements. Solid game

If he is an assistant coach only then great. If he is guiding and mentoring Goody - not so great. I doubt he will be employed as an assistant only but we will see

Trying to be positive - our core group is young. learning important lessons such as how hard you have to continually work each year, more and more to not only stay where you are but not go backwards is a critical lesson. and as easy it is for us supporters to say 'work harder' and 'dont take things for granted', lessons sometimes need to be learned the hard way through experience. this season should burn in each player over preseason. let's hope the young blokes learn fast and those that arent hurting ad arent committed are shown the door

bizarre sacking. The club goes into a re-build and now look to be improving greatly at 7-8. injuries derailed their season from there. There must be more to it. I reckon the amount of players wanting to leave is the main reason.

Viney should be sole captain. I know he had an average year but the effort was there and he finally put a full season together. He was inspirational last year and I have faith he will come good. time for the next level to step in and drive the direction of the club. I want one of Gus/Trac/Clarry to step up and be promoted to the LG if deserved over preseason. The young group is the one that need to realise they can drive the direction of this club. Gawn does enough and will be weighed down by captaincy imo. The Gawn/Lever in the LG also.

I hear you Nev from a long term perspective but 28, 29 are peak years for most players so I have high hopes for the next two years if the above get on the park that is. If our younger group can mature and the older group stay fit it could come together

If teams around the 8 keep losing their could be a team in the 8 with 10 wins and 12 losses! bombers in the 8 even if they lose both now. Most likely
