24 and 2 goals from Anderson in a half against the premiers Should be brownlow fav

NON-MFC: Round 20
Take your point. Stats can absolutely deceive and Grundy is one that pads his stats with useless hit outs. However, I still think he’s had a very good season. He is 8th in the Coaches award. Ahead of Gawn and Xerri

Time to go Goody?
Would you consider him? I wouldn’t Despite the flag he has overseen one of the most dramatic falls from grace I’ve ever seen a club experience. From a flag team to a perennial wooden spooner

PREGAME: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
Not sure if you aware, but the Selection Committees take into account more than just one VFL game. Such as, is the player proven at AFL level? A premiership player does get some credits in the bank over VFL players and mid season picks AJ has been given games and has done OK to average. If they keep banging the door down they’ll get their chance

PREGAME: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
Agree. The sad part is when you stick up for the selection or Goody the negatives assume you support everything Goodwin has ever done. it’s possible to like some things and not others. We are getting like the US where you must be extreme to one side. I like to judge things on its merits

PREGAME: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
Sparrow has been solid all year at AFL level so automatic in Spargo had 22 touches and 2 behinds, Petty 2.1. Lucky to get a gig but an experienced senior player

Hopefully Culley isn’t as limited a player as Dunstan

NON-MFC: Round 20
very true and I wonder if it is anomaly given the closeness of last year 12 points between 14th and 5th

PREGAME: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
yeah we've only debuted 7 players and dropped senior players (T Mac, Fristch). Moved many players into different positions (Windsor, Sparrow, Turner) Change it up!?

PREGAME: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
Adams or Howes to come in for May. Given the Saints line up and VFL form, I'd bring in Howes, but a tough call Sparrow for Kolt is an easy decision Spargo or Culley in for Sharp. I'd personally go for Culley but both played well at Casey I'd also bring in Petty for Jefferson as he looks well out of his depth at AFL level (6 clangers from 9 touches). I wouldn't want to damage his confidence any further So IN - Howes Sparrow Culley Petty OUT - May, Kolt, Sharp, Jeffo

NON-MFC: Round 20
the league is so biased towards victorian big clubs Q and Syd derbies are hidden away for boring Vic games

PREGAME: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
OUT - Jefferson, May, Sharp, IN - Johnson, Petty (back), Sparrow (extended squad Kenfield, Laurie, Howes) AJ to take 2nd ruck and free up JVR. Kentfield to keep knocking the door down at casey Kolt should be out too but not sure who for, maybe Laurie?

May to Tribunal
And if it was Xerri and not Evans then May gets knocked out instead in the same incident It's a tough game. leave it alone
-
May to Tribunal
So basically May should have predicted the likelihood of him getting to the ball first - an oval ball that’s bounces all over the place - and if higher than 50% of being late he should slow down and divert off course WTF!!!!!

May to Tribunal
The decision isn’t a good look players calling it out in a reasonable way is a very good look
