Nice to see we can now extend player's career well into their 30's Melk has been a frustration over the years. So much talent but just could not equate that to consistent performances Seems like he has the mojo now. And it is so good watching him go about his work. I often wonder if he is a better kick inside 50 on his left as that he is on his right! Great guy, family man and great for the club culture. Why not play for another 2 years?

I think Culley is a chance to come in if Viney doesn't get up. But I'm not sure we can carry both plus our other bulls in the same team

fair enough But the way we are playing i’m pretty confident especially having the Saints twice plus north and WC and blues and yes i know we were terrible early but we had injuries and now confidence is infectious

We win the next 2 we are 7-6 with 10 games to go. Assuming a good injury list we are almost certainties for finals.

Whoever comes in for Spargo needs to replace his 5 tackles and 3 inside 50 tackles I would guess Spargo would be leading us for inside 50 tackles which is a critical stat

If Viney is just returning to full training on friday, there’s a fair chance he won’t get up. So who comes in for Spargo? Laurie, Culley, Brown? No way we bring in JVR off a good against a rabble. If we care about what’s best for him, we will let him regain some real form
