Diets are a funny thing. I don't diet, I just stick to healthy meals and when I feel like it, have a cheat meal. I'm big into the gym and MMA, when I started going to the gym I was a skinny 76kg at 6'2". I tried everything and couldn't put on weight, and if I did it only resulted in a pot belly. Very clean, healthy eating worked for me, poached chicken, brown rice and broccoli. Now 105kg at 10% bf. It's honestly what works for you. A vegetarian diet wouldn't work me,yes you can supplement with whey and other proteins however your body can only process a small amount of that stuff at once and the rest is excreted.

I haven't taken much interest in cricket in recent years however wish to send my condolences to Phil's family and also Sean Abbotts. I've seen some horrible things that I would never repeat to family or friends however seeing Phil stagger after being struck will stay with me for a long time. By all accounts was a well respected young man. RIP Phil.
