I ran into Sylvia last week. Unsure if this point has already been shared previously however he stated he thought he was fit, compared to many on our list. He said when he started at the Dockers he couldn't believe how fit all the players were, he was way behind. I hope being on the track early is a sign the players are aware of how far behind the top teams they are in regards to fitness. Hopefully with a fitter team comes some more wins.
