Actions speak louder than words! Club needs to shut up and don’t discuss culture etc etc! A lot has been spoken and club knows the issues so fix it and let your footy do the talking!

Let’s give it a rest and support Trac he’s our Norm Smith medalist ..club is on notice to fix their [censored] and weed out what ever the issues are , we need strong leadership to fix this, don’t care who,what is pushed out just fix it! no stone should be left unturned and nobody should be untouchable

Cats 14th time in the last 18 years finished top 4 and missed finals twice! Haven’t bottomed out and traded in quality inc free agents! Enough said!

Yeah have posted a number of times our disastrous trades of the last 2 seasons which are som playing @ Casey .. blowtorch needs to go on our recruitment & list mgt strategy

List mgt has been exposed, losing 3 x top 5 picks mids , Brayshaw , Oliver Trac plus defenders May & Levef there’s 5 AA! Not letting Goodwin & Co off the hook but remove the equivalent in the majority of teams you are struggling

Sad end to the season with so many things going wrong, was at the game a dead rubber, the skills errors, missed targets …

So you would be happy to see a once in a generational list dismantled due to internal issues that the club has poorly managed, this list has delivered and could deliver more for the 1st time in 60yrs …just keep on accepting it!

Club needs an internal review across the whole footy dept with culture issues and our best player Trac clearly upset! A shake up of our coaches, recruiting, if not addressed we will see a once in generational list torn apart & members will walk away including myself!

Goodwin midweek presser will be interesting answering questions on Trac & ANB

Interesting to see what are the issues at the club if it’s not for family reasons

Spot on…list needs to be rejuvenated and to improve you need to give something up, we lost Hogan yet got May who helped us win a flag

How have the Cats & Scott continue to remain in a position to challenge and only missed finals twice since 2011 and not bottomed out, it’s in their ability to trade in quality experience players who help improve their list inc attracting free agents, something we have failed to do since winning the flag. So who’s responsible for this Goodwin? List management? Or both?

Only joy is watching both blues & pies not make the finals after they called us one hit wonders, covid cup winners..

Agree, look at the Cats who have missed finals twice in 17 years as they haven’t bottomed out but find ways to trade in good talent and attract great free agents, apart from the young talent we have drafted who are good how have we improved our list via the trades… zip!

Afl seem to find a way to shaft the MFC

Somehow Goodwin & the coaches have found a way to completely destroy this team of afl skill level, you look at the cats & how they have managed to maintain a standard since 07 and top up via trading in and free agents…it’s very sad that our club just can’t sustain success!

They do this by getting good free agents and trading in players that improve their list not ones that sit in their vfl team

Cats will finish top 4 .. somehow they find away to remain competitive & contend for premierships since 07 missing finals once! their drafting & top ups of free agents is something many clubs should learn from… mmmmm

Really 27 year continuous membership, I say as it is and plenty of footy commentary plus ex players have highlighted much the same, this is a forum were we can vent and I understand there’s a line we can’t cross but I never question anyone’s support of the club here!
