    Club needs to clear the air of the Grundy saga as many unanswered question what went wrong & why he wasn’t played.. just can’t be swept under the carpet! look at what the pies brought in from the 22 trade vs us, there are ur answers

    Watch the pies get to play every Friday night & their last 5-7 games @ the G vs multiple road trips for us and playing the Cats away for the 400 time in a row

    Goes you don’t need 2 dominate rucks or huge power fwds to win a flag … Getting Grundy was always risky and not to see him play was tragic and reinforced the disastrous trade.. got overhyped with the Jackson & Gawn combo, which Grundy was never going to be…. Need to use this trade period to clear the decks & chase zippy fwds & good kickers

    Both teams trades from 21 & 22, out trades flopped , Hunter yeah average, Pies got salary cap relief with Grundy & topped up and have premiership players from their trades. We got sucked in thinking 1 player would simply replace Jackson & fix our fwd issues.

    It’s a challenge after winning a flag to trade & improve your list but since 21 who has come in to improve our list Only Hunter has played the most games & honestly he’s kicking is very average, the Grundy disaster saw the pies bring players to improve! IN: Dunstan, Brodie Grundy, Lachie Hunter, Josh Schache, Filth Nathan KreugerPatrick Lipinski Tom Mitchell, Dan McStay, Bobby Hill, Billy Frampton

    MFC cursed 1 flag in 59 years & couldn't even see at the G, watching the filth fans celebrate @ the G makes you feel sick!

    I guess it’s more frustrating when its a team u hate .. they got the rub of the green in so many ways, frees in particular around the neck, what’s lost is their great draw , no travel for the last 5 games of the season vs the other 7 teams travelled twice.. all 1% . Not denying they played well but is ist a level playing field????

    What’s the point …. Focus on our team who’s recruiting in last 2 seasons of our premiership clock has been below par… we get Hunter who can’t kick & Schace who’s failed @2 other clubs & plays 2 games & a sub ahead of Grundy ???

    Correct, port melb vfl ground is ripe for development same theme song almost same colours … very tricky with our alignment with Casey.. would need to be a standalone but plenty of room. FB will be a new suburb but it’s attached to old port melb that’s the difference…
