We have lost premiership coach & 10 premiership players l, retirements are part of the game Hibbered, Brown, May, Brayshaw medically, Traded Jackson, ANB, Harmes, Jordon, Oliver, Trac considering the demographic the cats were older, consider what we have to pay out… enough said

We’re in fisherman bend? I live in port melb and the whole redevelopment has stalled, port melb vfl has been spoken about which is need of redevelopment but it’s used as a cricket ground, with our relationship with Casey this would prohibit to form another vfl alliance.

Hawks attracted top talent at Waverley, Caulfield may be 3+ years if it happens, may not be everything but far better than sharing AAMi getting kicked of with AO, parking for supporters is a nightmare

17 other clubs don’t share, AAMI was a stop gap compromise, what’s embarrassing is Collingwood got the facilities we were turned down as we couldn’t afford it

The shared facilities at AAMI are just that shared, there are lot of logistical issues with sharing, I hope the whole club moves to Waverley even interim & start learning what it’s like to be under 1 roof .. Hawks won 4 flags including a 3peat

Tigers won 3 not as nomads, Harks won 4 @ Waverley yet people are bagging their former site, we cannot be nomads and yes we won a flag and a single site dosent guarantee a flag but the disconnect we have of HQ in a different roof is clear .. too far removed and what occurred since the flag with our culture and the whole handling of Trac after his injury, imagine the board/ president having to visit 2 seperate sites to get a feel of what’s going on, they get stuck at the G and live in a bubble too far removed , not acceptable and are getting left behind

This would be a backward result and will not address the whole club under 1 roof, we will be the only to have this disjointed arrangement! Club needs to solve this issue which has dogged the club since getting kicked off the MCG in fact the whole MCG affiliation has stalled us in finding a training base!

Casey was a poor choice by the bandaid approach by the club on its knees around 20 yrs ago, why we didn’t affiliate with Port Melbourne with equally strong history and sane theme song and a club in desperate need of a revamp of its facilities, great proximity to the MCG, public transport, I bet you players would rather drive to port vs Casey

It’s 2026 and the embarrassing state of affairs re training base for our whole club to be under one roof isn’t resolved!

What’s occurred since 21 flag, is well documented and we are not isolated, our culture was comprised & cost us a flag, premiership coach & Norm Smith! you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to work out was going on, just look at our departures and recent retirements!

The oxygen that both him & Oliver sucked up was crazy & wrong by both club and players… say what you want but ultimately when it’s about the player it become selfish by them, Oliver I can accept but Trac I expected better

It’s a very sad end to what should have been a our only Norm Smith be one club player, righting was in the wall when Goodwin admitted lack of care hence the BS theme of love etc he become unhinged after his serious injury which was handled horribly post surgery in communications within the club, who was responsible for this Richardson/Goodwin, he certainly questioned the professionalism of the playing group, what was discussed at that meeting with the leaders at the end of 2024 no one will ever know… having said that there is responsibility on his actions and not being a leader who wanted to be part of the solution and showed a lack of respect towards his premiership teammates saying it was his job at the B&F and walking out on a club with 4 yrs left in his contract!
