If he retires are we obliged to pay him? Seems to be that Evans would be the one breaking the contract. As long as he was getting the same $$$ surely it is our right to rookie him. However would rather him gone - sounds like he will be disaffected anyway.

Think it is a lose/lose situation. Scully is not or ever will be a million dollar player and is not a good leader so will never captain the club. A disaster all round.

You can't assess on a performance against an expansion side 2years ago. More relevant to watch his senior games for us this year. They were stinkers.

Evans has proved to be a major disappointment. His senior games were disgraceful, looked out of place and turned the ball over badly. As already stated the feedback he received from his Casey performances was very ordinary. Very lucky to still be on the list

It makes sense to boost the coaching presence at Casey. The last 2 years were really poor - doubt if any of our players learnt much playing there.

He seems to be a good footballer with an exceptional attitude rather than an exceptional footballer with a good attitude. His perceived lack of pace is a concern. The modern game requires a bit of toe especially if he is to move to the midfield. Having said all that I respect our current recruiters and will back their judgement.

Jake is obviously a very impressive young man and seems hell bent on success however it is difficult to see how he fulfills our most urgent needs of mids and another key forward especially since we have recruited Frost.

Heffernan gave us very little. Great physique but didn't use it and turned the ball over badly. For some reason he was a Sheedy favourite.
