While I agree we need to be prepared to win anywhere, I'm also not at the stage where I'm happy to give up any kind of advantage. Playing North in Melbourne instead of Tassie is a win for us. They play well in Launceston. I do feel bad for our Tassie supporters, though.

I'm feeling calm about the game. I'm not expecting a win, and as good as 6-0 would be, 5-1 is still a great start. We are going to drop some games at some point, and the tigers are still a champion team. If we lose a close one, I'll be disappointed but not too disappointed. If we get smashed, I'll be concerned. If we win, I'll believe it's our year.

That's less than 10% of our list. 38 (ish) other blokes that have to travel. But maybe we can become the new Geelong and attract all the over 30s?

This is why we need to be careful about settling for Casey. Players might be happy to travel while we are winning, but if we drop down the table again it's going to be hard to attract players. The last thing we need is to fall in to a St Kilda/Seaford situation (acknowledging the facilities were apparently crap).

As someone on Twitter said, it was a side built on reputation rather than actual output. The leading goal kicked didn't even start on the bloody ground!

So, Paxy is now a 5 time All Australian. Absolute superstar. But clearly you need to play for Carlton, Collingwood or Richmond to get a look in. Lauren Pearce absolutely robbed. Lions only had one player too. Congrats also to Tayla Hanks on her rising star win.

This is the last of our games without Brown or Weid. Win this and we are in awesome shape.

Not sure who will kick our goals. Time for Tommy to kick 3-4 And hopefully Brown kicks his usual 2. Always have a bad feeling about the Hawks.

I think we underestimate how a few preseason can really build a players strength. He often got brushed off when tackling in his first couple years. Not anymore. Great skills, huge footy IQ, always front and center. We need all of Spargo, Kozzie and ANB at the moment.

Rarely gets beaten in a one on one. Must have been learning from Jetta. Doesn't look it, but is super strong

Wasn't that long ago we struggled to win two or three games in a row, let alone the first four of the year. Pity about May, hopefully it gives Petty a chance
