Delisting, Trade and FA discussion 2018
What do people think about trying to get Dalhaus in as a FA? Hes quick, tough and a good tackler. The Bulldogs CEO said tonight that discussions are ongoing but they aren't any closer to closing the gap.

Round 15 Non MFC Games
Vlaustin playing well but will miss a week or two after that elbow to Parker's face. What about Buddy's? Normally I'd say weeks but 1) it's buddy and 2) it's Rance, so can't tell if he actually hit him with any force or if he was staging

Stage Fright
Surely this says more about the teams we've played and their form, then our stage fright. If a team is up and about, their supporters will come and watch them play. Hence the larger crowd. If a team is performing poorly (Carlton, Saints, Dogs etc), then the crowds are small. Also, we play well at Etihad which would skew the result, as we would struggle to get 40 000 there. I dont think it's the small crowd that makes us play well there, or the ground?

Not sure they'll fall apart completely, but it might sway a couple of 50/50 games

Made a bit harder if Treloar is out for the season, which he might be. https://coupler.foxsports.com.au/api/v1/article/amp/afl/report-adam-treloar-hamstring-injury-could-rule-him-out-for-the-rest-of-2018-afl-season/news-story/b708f3d1f7909812ca0db287524fbd69?__twitter_impression=true

Run home to Finals - 2018
Just did a ladder predictor. I had us finishing 8th, after beating GWS and Adelaide. On autotip, we finished 6th. After the next two weeks, Collingwood don't have a great draw either.

Round 14 Non MFC Games
At least the teams on the same points didn't blow anyone away. We still have a good percentage gap on most

Round 14 Non MFC Games
He'll get 5 or 6, not 9. 9 will put him on the edge of being suspended out of the game, as he'll have 14 weeks worth of suspensions (or do they not do that in the AFL?)

Don't forget, he is ex-GWS. We might get pick 1 from SOS if we throw in Buggy

New CEO - Gary Pert
Given the supposed AFL sign off it's more likely any leak came from there

New CEO - Gary Pert
And this from The Age "He is understood to have beaten a field of internal candidates that included Demons football manager Josh Mahoney, chief financial officer David Chippindall and commercial operations manager George De Crespigny."

Round 13 Non - MFC Games
Yep. I'd watch footy on any night of the week. Thursday's are almost like a surprise because I'm not expecting it. And every couple of hours I think 'Hey, there's footy on tonight!'

Changes v Port
Having paid close attention to him in the ruck, too often he tried to so hard to win the tap that he couldn't recover in time when the ball hit the ground. He was never going to out reach cox or Grundy, and needed to play as an extra mid at the contest, which is hard to do when you are on the ground

My 3 word player analysis V Collingwood
The first line was a joke... clearly. The second questioned the move to use him as a tagger in the first place, not his effort. When you have a player like Gus, and Clarry also, who give you such drive from the middle and are in great touch, why use him in a negating role?
