  1. Grundy done for 46 and future Sydney 2nd rnd pick
  2. Gives us the chance to throw cash at Petty to extend beyond 2025
  3. You'd hope so, given Adelaide paid only 23 and 26 for our previously held 14 and Chris Burgess...
  4. Oh man, that's gross. I get we probably won't use 27 and 35, but both of them for a 3 pick upgrade? Yuck
  5. Dees getting GCs pick 11
  6. Pick 7 and Hayne's crazy money for 27 Petty and 35 for 10, 20, Thilthorpe and McAdam (may be too much from Adelaide but Petty is contracted) F1 and 20 for GC's 11 Leaves us with 6, 7, 10 and 11
  7. Given they've just traded out 25, they either need to trade something else in or we give back to get that. Don't think either we or Collingwood will be particularly pleased with them, though.
  8. Provided we get a forward option. We simply can't rely on TMac and BBB
  9. Cleary suggesting they offered 46 and we want a pick in the 20s. Don't think we'll get 23, they'll probably get something around there for Zerk-Thatcher and we'll get that
  10. 5 becomes 6 or 7 with academy picks. It's still a bit of a gamble to assume WC are as bad next year as they were this year. Some more luck with injuries and 11 games at Optus...
  11. Presumably they think Curtain will be available there. Would we be willing to trade it for their future first plus something, and use 13 and an early second to get 10 from GC or 7 from Geelong?
  12. I don't buy it. Poisoned by the filth for his BnF chat, more like
  13. He's a Fwd/ Ruck, from all reports. Seems like he averaged about 5 hit outs a game in the VFL (according to Twitter)
  14. It's amazing compared to other sports. High NHL draft picks are traded like there's no tomorrow
  15. But clearly not that strongly. If she was a die hard Bomber she'd be barracking for Brisbane
  16. As good as it would have been for Trac to win, you've gotta feel for the Bont. Seriously dudded twice
  17. Hawthorn have obviously planned to be as physical as possible, and the Dees have held up well. But they have run over the marl to push our players multiple times, and the umps just watch them do it. You could see us getting frustrated and starting tk through our weight around.
  18. Steven May did too, but not nearly as much
  19. They may not have had Mad Monday but they are definitely having Wacky Wednesday if Grundy's instagram stories are anything to go by
  20. Our mids being smashed
  21. This is the issue and where I think the AFL has stuffed up. Allowing the 'he had a right to launch' argument gives Collingwood exactly what they need. He did not have a right to contest the ball in that way, just as players don't have the right to tackle with a slinging action or bump in a way that hits a player high. Maynard being suspended won't kill the spoil, like some are claiming. But it will stop people like Maynard acting like a human cannonball
  22. Live pictures of Maynard's testimony
