I'd love to see either Mark Harvey or Craig get the role. I think Mark Harvey was really hard done by when Freo brought in Lyon, and think he was doing a good job. I'm one of those who thinks, while Craig's experience is great, for me we need a clean break from the Neeld era... Rightly or wrongly, that's just how I feel. But I think he'd do well in Brisbane. I wonder if Burns would hang around for another 2 years at West Coast if they re-sign Worsfold... Maybe they need a Collingwood style succession plan?

The other line of thinking would be that we havent heard anything because there is nothing to hear... we know Eade and Williams were interviewed, and that Roos said no. There might not be anything else to hear Eade or Roos for me... Eade's odds are probably a bit short, but who knows?

I've really wanted Roos for coach for a while... And after listening to this, I want him to coach all the more. But Hogan_Heroes is right. This time, he said he told PJ 'No'. The was no 'at the moment'. I'm still holding out hope, but its minute.

Unless 2 of Adam Simpson, Lenny Hayes and Cameron Ling are somehow part of the coaching structure (line or assistance coaches), I won't be happy with Craig as coach. We need someone to help build culture, not just coach the team.

I would hope (although I'm not too sure) that most would agree that we are quite efficient, once we get the ball inside 50. But it's the getting it inside 50 that's the problem. And you're right, once hogan and Clark come in, this efficiency will improve. I believe this is why people are so sure that, with 2-3 more good midfielders, we will improve dramatically

Last I'd heard, he was told they would re-sign him if he wanted to coach next year... And he hasn't decided yet. More likely he has said he doesn't want to coach next year

This! The impatience of posters on this board is amazing! Toumpas must play like a star now, Roos must commit now... Jackson will not rush anything! The last time this club rushed anything, Mark Neeld became head coach... And before that? Jack Watts debuted as a kid! Lets just take a deep breath and relax! We need to get a board capable of running a footy club before we worry about the onfield.
