There is nothing wrong by playing Frost forward,versatility is the key to success and besides we were never going to make the finals. Some of the older players won't be at the club next year and I am sure we will enmd up with decent replacements. GO THE DEES

Watts has been un "NEELDED". One good senior appearance by Grimes doesn't prove anything. Trengove was good in in his first senior game back then end up being dropped. I hope for Grimes sake that he continues to flourish. I also remember at times Hunt and Harmes being rubbished by some of you people out there,obviously you don't have the nous to see a potential stars in the making. What great draft picks we got so un NEELD.

Jing Long is just a back up player at the dogs. I am glad the woods are after him….. probably end up as the "old" kennedy. Not seeing much daylight.

Huellett may be a surprise selection. Oliver is a must. Brayshaw a slim chance

After the Adelaide loss and the fact that we cannot win home games that we choose to play elsewhere,I would say we will not win another match,we have too many "z" graders.

What does Peter Moore got to with this Dion Prestia thread? beats me . Are the Dees going to throw a bucket load of cash Prestia's way,we still have to give up draft picks. Surely we need to have money to pay for our young future stars. We do need a CHF,CHB and a decent back up ruckman.

Our first round pick is 27 not much to trade with,we could throw in GRIMES,TRENGOVE,TERLICH,MINCHIE ETC and get zilch.

Any club could have a dynasty ( demons perhaps not !!!! ) . A club needs to have astute coaching staff that can think outside the square and may employ people from other backgrounds. The club needs to be wary that if they recruit young players from interstate that they could end up leaving hence wasting their time on these players when the time could go into the locals.

Our problem for greater success in the future could be based on what the AFL is going to do to help GCS and Brisbane in regards to assistance (money and/or draft picks).Personally I would let GCS go thou the club colors might be good to attract the Chinese market. I am sad to see other club as weak or strong as us beat top 8/4 sides. St.kilda,Collingwood and Carlton all have beaten Geelong. Richmond beat the Swans. When is it our turn? Once again it is frustrating being a Dee supporter. We ended up with a weak draw ( an afl tanking tool) and still we failed to beat junk sides. It is a good thing for us that we didn't get to play the drug cheats twice this year.

We had a dynasty to match the Hawks,last year of Daniher,Bailey,Neeld/Craig and Roos first two years. This compares to the Hawks of the 30's and 40's

Roos inherited sub standard players, 3 yrs is time to make some sort of improvement but not great one. WE still need more quality players and hopefully we are now a destination club. it is good to see Harmes,Hunt,O'Mac,Petracca,Stretch and Oliver getting games into them.Unfortunately Brayshaw and Salem have been unavailable. Minchie,Newton and ANB have remained static. White could be an asset. Huelett and Weed are not ready. Max King is probably a bit disappointing.

Reviewing rest of team Bugg B,Kennedy C+ need to be consistent,Garland C struggles at reseve level,Dunn C,Hunt B could improve,Harmes B could improve,Wagner B ? on how far can he go. Trengove C a bit slow may improve. Vander C+ injuries are hindering his progress, Dawes B slow down,O'Mac C will get better,Frost C should get better, Lumumba C slowing down,Garlett C+ doesn't care for reseve footy, Minchie C- revolving door stock,Newton C- same as Minchie,ANB C possibly better than Minchie,Terlich C- trained the house down,not in Roos favour. Hogan B+ will get better.Tyson B does not do enough. M.Jones near end of his career. Jetta B serviceable. Salem B illness has caused set backs. Footy players who win a brownlow you would expect to be elite,however Woewodin and Brian Wilson quickly became obsolete,it only seems to happen at Melbourne.

Based on his limited amount of games played he must be on even par with the revolving chair lots in ANB,Minchie and Newton and is aheadof Terlich. A couple more games in the reseves would do him the world of good. Whilst on our reseve win beating the bottom team by heaps, I would expect everyone to excel and those who had heaps of pocessions don't count for much.

N.jones B, A good club man,when he gets beaten the team rarely wins. Vince B+ a better competitor than Nat but goes missing. Watts C+ best year to date,still owes the club heaps.Gawn B+ very good year,would be better if our small made most of his ruckwork. T.Mac B inconsistent but can be much better. Petracca B will get better, Oliver B will get better,Brayshaw C+ has not done anything so far this year due to injury. Rest to review soon.

We are probably not going to win much more especially if the tracks are wet. We are highly unlkely to get a big scalp after watching the Swans match. Have we improved considering our soft draw, I would at this stage say no however Collingwood and Richmond have gone backwards and that makes us look good.

Deespicable not a bad selection. Possible Spencer could come in as a ruckman and Gawn could replace Vanders.

We just don't have the cattle and enough experienced players. Apart from playing on grounds and against certain teams,wet tracks seem to be another one of our hoodoo's.

Harmes may replace Trenners or O.Mac

Call me anything but late for breakfast I have a feeling that Hibberd is going to breakdown ( actually my white witch told me) for a long time. Hasn't the footy factory GWS got someone we can poach i.e Caleb Marchbank.

Should be a least two changes,we don't want players to get big heads. The Swans always seem to come up with a beaut replacement ruckman. When Roos doesn't make changes his usual statement will be,he didn't seem that coming………no need for excuses.

The Dees have waited a very long time for a ruckman to kick goals,well done Gawn.
