As the Cats continue to bask in their premiership glory, Wells explains how he brought this champion group together over several well-planned years:

Look at the low draft picks Ling,chapman etc they were drafted many years ago & its no luck that the club was able to develop them.

My point is that if Geelong can do it we can too. With Bailey & Connoly they can develelop our list
