One group is one on one marking and if the ball drops another player mops up and dishes a handball off to a player running past to have a shot at goal on the run. If the ball is marked the player dishes off to player running past. 

While Trac could probably have handled the PR a bit better by not being silent for ages, heaps of positive change has happened since. So maybe we should be looking at it through that lens.

The other drill is a one on one hand balling keeping’s off drill with tackling. Langford just laid a ferocious tackle on Kolt to the cheers of all the players. We’ve got another good one here. 

The group of 3 of Fritsch, Fullarton and Johnson are working with Matty Whelan on a tackling technique drill. 

Langford is already asserting himself in the close-in handball/tackle group. Just got tackled by Trac, also showed a nice side-step. Then he and Tholstrup got hold of a rampaging Trac and refused to give an inch

It’s official, we are training the absolute house down

AMW just ran through 3 tough tackles, rugby style, bounced off each and delivered the handpass

Jefferson wrestles Johnson to the ground in a tackle, no mean feat

Salem, Sestan, Howes and Campbell are doing some ball drills on the adjacent soccer ground. 

I have to leave now but will post some thoughts on some individual players later.
