He broke the rules, a stay in the outer might remind him he is not a player.

Youโ€™re joking, right?

Please say yes.ย

ย

Looked to me like he was trying to encourage the Dees players to be more active in the zone, something weโ€™ve badly needed this year.

Either way, he crossed the line. Why theyโ€™ve allowed the runners back on the field more often this year Iโ€™ll never know, it was fine just after goalsย

Not sure why we need runners in the first place when there are 75 interchanges per game.

See Ross Lyon for that answer.

Big deal.

I forget I'm not a player every single weekend.

The Afl could reprimand 99 % of Demonland.

(And such damning video footage they have).

No, no, no, Deeves. 99% of Demonlanders forget theyโ€™re not the coach.ย

The remaining one per cent, probably think they are doctors.

1% may well be.ย

Too many runners on the ground and too many umpires.

We need some Venn diagrams here. Only 1% also donโ€™t think that they are selectors, list managers, recruitment managers and umpires.ย

Iโ€™ll wear whatever they tell me to wear. Besides, I find the purple runnerโ€™s top quite dashing ๐Ÿ˜

Itโ€™s Game Day and the Demons have made the long trip west to take on Fremantle tonight at Optus Stadium. Can Melbourne make it two from two to start the season, and what are you hoping to see from the Dees under the lights in Perth?
