Davey on the footy show panel tonight

Listening to the end of the cage this morning, they asked JB who is on the panel. He said the 2 Aarons, Hamill and Davey. Not sure who the 3rd panelist was. They will probalby grill him and Davey will say morale is good at the club still and we think we can win this week. So if there are no changes we will see Davey tonight

If he is sitting in the middle seat then we are going to win for sure against the kangas hahah If anyone saw sams mailbag last week some lady wrote in saying that everyone who sits in the middle chair has won every week.

I'd rather read 'War and Peace' backwards than watch that tripe on 9.

Who cares what Davey says. The significance is?

Let's see a commitment on the field from the whole team.

yep run for the middle chair flash!

we know he'll get there first if he does!

yeah i vaguely remember sam wanted to test it by putting a richmond person and a dees person in the middle

Nah, Brayshaw will get him to sit in another seat. LOL

Guarenteed it will be a Richmond player as the 3rd. They will play on the "wheoever sits in the middle wins" thing.

No Aaron Davey. Alwyn on the other hand...

I know and I apologise to everyone who thought Aaron would be on and sat and watched waiting for hin. But this morning they did say Aaron. Once again I'm sorry.

Thats ok- we all make mistakes

Stpuid channel 9 changing the panel around, maybe because we are winless they did not want any losers around ;)

alwyn is on

He literally said four words in the segment where the aboriginal boys were on.

"Yeah just do me stuff"

Seemed to focus way more on Tambling and Ryder, where as I thought they would've asked Alwyn the tired old question "Who's faster, you or Aaron?"

that's five words

Browny from tigers was on though..........

They must not like melbourne players on the panel, although robbo was on a few weeks back

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.
