Fair effort!

I know a few people who work and worked at Cotton On. All absolute vile trash humans.

It was easily the worst place I’ve ever worked. I did 6 months, and somehow got years of stories out of it.

I very briefly worked for Cotton On, and aside from it being a horrible place to work, the highlight was being in a meeting with David Wojcinski, and pretending I didn’t know he was a former footballer. I casually said in a meeting, in front of 20 coworkers, ‘I just googled you, and the first thing that came up said you broke the jaw of some 17 year old kid called Jack Viney’.

It was one of my career highlights.

What was his response?

Come on doggies!!! You can do this!

I can’t remember a good player leaving Geelong. They know how to hold onto their players.

Even Gazza came back!

Tim Kelly, Josh Caddy, Greg Williams, Adrian Fletcher, Phil Baker, Doug Wade.

He just glared at me. I suggest my smug face might have betrayed my ‘I’m not a football person’ narrative.

They often employed former players. It wasn’t their fault, but they had no useful skills in the environment and only got the jobs because of who they were.

Dog's wld be up 91 - 89 without  the false mark behind the goal line decision

Take it you never worked at the Just Group. I did 7 years there and it nearly destroyed me mentally and emotionally. Looking back I wish I wasn’t so naive and young. Should have sued their [censored] for workplace bullying.

Another contentious win resulting from an umpiring / arc shizen fest

Not a great day with Carlton and Geelong both winning and getting to 4-0 (both as to my personal views on those clubs but also for our season).

I dare say they are both going to be there in September.

Actually thought the umpiring was better than our mess. With these umps we would have won by 5 goals.

We've done a few of their office fitouts in Geelong. Seemingly nice people but heard they bleed their staff dry.
