HB - C.SAMPSON - G MOLLOY - B.HOLLAND

C -C.SULLIVAN - R.FUNCK - J.NORRSHI

HF - B.BEAMS - L.NEWTON - S.CHISOLM

FF - C. SMOKER - B.CIRIC © - L.WILLIAMS

FOL - G.DOYLE - S.CHARLES -G.MORCROFT

INT-D.IRVING - P.VARDY - D.COCKATOO-COLLINS - P.PRYMKE

EMG - L.NORMAN - A.NICHOLSON - R.COCKATOO-COLLINS

COACH - NEIL DANIHER

yes would put Nicholson on the ground and captain. Vardy and Sean Charles were very good but injuries got the better of them. Drop those two, and include one P Hopgood as well.

why vardy? he was a top player.

Vardy ( Was sensational especially in September)

Prymke (Until injured was very solid)

Charles (What a waste)

The Rest are a joke

Although it is probably a sign of inabilty to create a sturdy defence. Nicholson would be closer to our best side of the past 15 years then our worst.

Vardy, Charles and Holland also unfairly named here

*sigh - I wish I could have made an AFL list........ or even be good enough to make a VFL side

From memory 'P.PRYMKE' had a bad back that crippled his career.

Agreed. I'd put Ellis in there instead of Nicho.

Brent Grgic called, he wants to know where the love is.

Oooooh Mercy!

Agreed. I'd put Ellis in there instead of Nicho.

Yep. Dutchy to emergency or out altogether, replaced by Grgic.

Vardy UTTERLY doesn't deserve to be there. Gave good service while healthy. If Vardy's there, Byron's headed for this team. Others are ok. Maybe Charles can be reprieved. Oh, and no Moland or Rogers? Or are we doing only players who played?

And Tooly? Great thread that has come at the best time. I've been severely let down by demonland's form of late, and you've come up with the goods. Classic.

Who's R.Cockatoo-Collins?

And who's Hefferhan, Funck, Norrshi, Chisolm, Ciric, Morcroft and Neil Daniher?

Whoever wrote this is an fool & I don't know why some people get their kicks out of humiliating past players. Also you can't spell.

Shanahan was a top notch full back & had a great first year but then played one year too many. Holland has been a very handy footballer. Norrish was a handy player who won a B&F at Freo. Charles was a brilliant talent but was hampered by injuries & a poor attitude. Vardy was outstanding when fit. Prymke held down CHB for 2 years before being injured. Doyle & Irving were both reasonable players & Newton had his career wrecked by injury.

Fair dinkum do you actually ever go to a game because you really have no idea.

yeah, would have to agree. don't understand the point of the criticism of these players, doesn't achieve much. although i must say i still shudder at thought's of the (re)grg. and get lost neale daniher haters! sickens me, name me two victorian coaches who have been better than him in the past decade? he loves the club and we can all see it.

Really? My super side looks more like this...

B: Seecamp, Ingerson, Whelan

HB: S Febey, Rivers, Woewodin

C: Johnstone, Viney, Tingay

HF: Farmer, Schwarz, Yze

F: Lyon, Neitz, Robertson

FOLL: Stynes, Leoncelli, Rigoni

I/C: J McDonald, B Lovett, G Lovett, White

Its funny how different fans have different perceptions of the club.

that forward line is arousing! i miss ingo

that forward line is arousing! i miss ingo

I'd have mclean ahead of white! Even though he hasn't been there long. In about 5 years he will be captain of this topic!

But good idea putting the good ones!

Pretty good side.

ANthony or james mcdonald?

Any Melbourne "super side" should contain Allen Jakovich.

The guy was a freakish football talent. Unstoppable when on song.

im surprised sean wight hasnt been mentioned at full back? i was young but he seemed to do a good job for a while, considering the names mentioned in our full back list?

Frequent reader seldom poster, however this looked like too much Fun

Assuming all players are at their peak here we go (1994 onwards)

Back: Rivers (floating Tall) Ingo, Whelan

HB: Leoncelli, Neitz (Circa 1994), B Lovett

C: Trav, Brock, Tingay

HF:Bruce , Ox, Farmer

F: Jacko, Lyon, Davey

Foll: White, Viney, Powell

I/C J Mac, S Febey, G Lovett, Stynes, Woey (2000), Seecamp (2 to be omitted)

Who's R.Cockatoo-Collins?

im not sure what there names were but we picked up the twins, prob with the belief that they would be half as good as their bro. i used to call them ronald and donald. not sure if he even started with an r but hey lol

When did Ingerson ever play full back?

How can you leave Brett Lovett on the I/C . thats a disgrace. Robbo - I'd replace but I'm not sure who with.

the rest is fantastic. Well Done!
