Agreed... and then they admitted they hadn't seen much of our preseason!  At least do some research to give yourself half a chance of saying something interesting

Nothing too insightful here.  It’s from the outside looking in. Not quite the “inner sanctum”.  I had more informed conversations with mates over beers at the cricket club on Saturday night.  Dees will be in the premiership window and it depends on injuries, strategies and how other clubs excel.

Hamish was very informed and has some comments around structure, and his insight on JVR was acknowledged.

ps. JJ saying “you know” every second sentence was annoying !!

I know!

(I used to teach presentation skills and I heard that thousands of times.)

‘In her rectum’ would be a more appropriate pronunciation of their name….

They seem to have read the dishrag HS over the summer. Reckon the podcast here or gazman would do better.  The view From outsiders like this is positive and sets up general expectation on us,  most like this suggest top 4 as a minimum pass mark.

Btw, if ‘i knew’, JJ, then why would i was my time?

however, thanks for posting DL.

The worst was a Welsh woman who at one point said, « you know you know you know ». True story.  And the stranger thing was she didn’t know she was saying « you know ».

I don't usually mind these guys and their season previews but this one didn't really do anything.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
