Suffice to say this will end up requiring the purchase of tickets for a designated seat but at least we're likely to have a reserved area where we won't be surrounded by the great unwashed. It's also unlikely to be in the Ponsford Stand which Collingwood seem to prefer. 

 

This should happen every two years when it's not our home game. Big crowd but the filth will get nothing ($$$) from Melbourne membership tickets. Brilliant idea  MFC/AFL. 


If we count 2022, in the last 4 years Collinwood will have played 2 QB home games at the MCG (~$2mill revenue) and we haven't played any (probably generating a loss for games interstate). Seems unfair, might be a good question for the members forum actually

Let's just hope we can beat Collingwood this year.

Losing to them at the SCG really irked me last year.

Luckily we won the 2021 AFL Premiership to make up for it! 😁
