Random question. Anyone know which end our cheer squad will be at? I just saw the category 6 tickets are behind the goals in the no alcohol areas. I might go with my son so I don’t need to be drinking until after we win! Cheers

I think the Melbourne cheer squad will be Section 131 (East Perth End)

Update- found one!!! Go Dees! 🔵🔴🔵🔴

Looking for a priority 2 barcode so I can bring along my hubby for moral support! I will go on my own if I have to but would prefer to be able to hold his hand and have a shoulder to cry on should we win or lose. Happy to reimburse with a Dan’s voucher or whatever you’d like!

Hey all, I posted this a few pages back but didn't get a response.

Does anyone have any idea whether I'm likely to get a ticket with a priory 3 barcode?

I'm wondering the same. A bit worried about our priority 3's with all of this barcode sharing :(

You joined this site in 2018 looking at the possibility of getting tickets in the event that we made it to the GF and now you post here, once again after tickets to this year’s GF… not one single post in the intervening period. If you were a regular, or even intermittent contributor, you might have support, but please don’t use this site, and this goes for all of those coming here solely to get ticket links, as a convenience.

Good catch @hardtack, a lot of people joining Demonland very recently. Personally I'm more than happy to help out a Perth-based Demon Tragic, but not an opportunist.

hey mate i did ask for a barcode for my partner in 2018 for the prelim final in Perth against Wce, as in that game it was one ticket per membership. Do you really think any Melb members would have given up a Gf barcode for a game at the Mcg. im actually a 16 year interstate Melb member but with barcodes being handed over to family, friends and randoms i hope any of the western Demons dont miss out on a seat, thats why i was trying to get a guaranteed seat.

just cause you dont post on here, doesnt mean you dont read. George on the outer is my favourite read of the week. i get why you commented but just letting you know i'm def red n blue.  anyway go Dees!

Well t hats what I mean, they aren't allowing you to carry over to nextyear which was the poster question.. Don't see why you would bother requesting a refund when there are numerous people who would kill to go to the GF on here who would happily cover the cost of it.

Because it denies Cat 2 and 3 members a chance to go. Sorry but unless you have been a regular contributor to this forum you don't deserve a code.

The WA papers have reported that there are likely to be 20,000 general admission seats available now that Port didn't make it, as they expected a lot of South Australians to fly over given there are no restrictions for SA entrants.

Just out of interest to people prepared to sell their guaranteed grand final barcode, would you ask whoever is buying it off you to reimburse you the $229 or whatever amount you paid to the club to get access to it?

you can look at it 2 ways:

1. you try and sell the codes to get back some money you have paid for it.

2. you donate them to sell out the stadium and cheer on the blue and red and look at the $230 as a donation to the club.

also, any members allocation will go through to general public and get picked up there anyway.

I definitely think anyone joining this site to hopefully score some GF tickets - and I don't begrudge you in that desire - should swing by the 'First game, worst loss, best win' thread first as a courtesy. A lot of tragics on here who have contributed plenty to this community over the years who will sadly miss out. It's not a time for desperate poaching, but respect.

I was very kindly offered a ticket on here for the PF (and GF! but can't make it), but was up-front that the PF ticket would go to an Eagles' supporter ready to cheer on the red & blue. Even if you're a fan of either of the WA teams, be honest and tell us what your best and worst memories are as a supporter, and you'll probably earn a lot of respect in return. We're not stupid.

Re point 2, I've been donating that $229 to the club for a number of years, so I think getting funds back either through a sale or through a refund from the club this time (given our inability to use it the one time we make the final), is not unreasonable.

Hi all so here's my dilemma, I have a P1 barcode but the Mr's doesn't. We're in Perth so chasing 1 x P1 barcode. Happy to cover your GFG & a carton of you're favourite drop for your generosity or just let me know what it'll take. Dug 0432876357.

Hi Demonland to those that sent thru replies, calls text's thanks we're all sorted.

I hope for all you long suffering Vic based Dee's members that have missed out this year... next year brings sustained success & you are all at the MCG celebrating the Dee's winning another Premiership.

Go Dees.

cant argue that point with you mate and i can only imagine how hard it would be after so many years to make the gf and not be able to attend.

with the current situation its possible to be the same next year.

i was fortunate enough to attend one gf as a child and this year i am trying to take my kids as my parents did.

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an

    ALAS SPRINGS by Whispering Jack

I got the word on Saturday from someone who knows someone inside the Fremantle camp that the Dockers were pumped and supremely confident about getting the W the next day against Melbourne at TIO Traeger Park in the red heart of the country. I was informed that the Dockers were extremely confident for a number of reasons. They had beaten the Demons on their home territory at the MCG at their last two meetings so they didn’t see beating them at Alice Springs as a problem. They belie

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,
