This is for long term Demonlanders only so please don't bother PMing me if you are new on here.

I think those with GFG who are willing to pass on their codes should try to get them to West Aussie Dees interstate members first. We are the ones that have paid membership and madly support the club over the years not the “pop up Dees fans” who are really Wce or Freo. Would be easy to get proof to provide a photo of memberships.

Would Suck if ppl like myself n my wife missed out on tickets if none were available in priority 3 n wce/Freo members were ahead of any west Aussie Dees members who would be screaming the house down.

Hey ppl could anyone help me out with one priority 1 code so as a true long time Dees supporter/ member I’m guaranteed not to miss out on a seat for the GF

Hi all so here's my dilemma, I have a P1 barcode but the Mr's doesn't. We're in Perth so chasing 1 x P1 barcode. Happy to cover your GFG & a carton of you're favourite drop for your generosity or just let me know what it'll take. Dug 0432876357.

But if you're buying multiple tickets per membership how would they know?

I think you can buy ONE ticket per membership, multiple tickets (up to 8) with multiple barcodes. That's what I thought Pert's letter meant.

GF tickets are 1:1 only.  which Is good I think we more chance for members to get seats for ourselves.

I have two priority 1 barcodes if anyone want to PM me.

Excellent question.

I would happily give my ticket to someone in Perth provided they sign a stat dec that they will cheer for the Dees and put thier excellent booing skills to use to our benefit.

Hey I’m in Perth and a mad Dees supporter would be happy to sign a stat dec/provide evidence and photos on the day of me barracking the Dees!!!!!

Long time lurker first time poster. Currently residing in Hobart and booked my flights to WA. Ive been a member for 22 consecutive years (im 28) but only have priority 2.

Any legends have 2 priorty 1 memberships that I can use for me and my partner?

To any other Queensland based members, what are the chances of WA downgrading Queensland from “low risk” to “very low risk”?I’m guessing bugger all after a few recent cases popped up?

Im tossing up getting a ticket on the minuscule chance we get downgraded sometime in the next 2 weeks and don’t have to quarantine.

If you have community cases at the moment, no chance.

McGowans rules are minimum 28 days with no community cases before he will even consider reducing restrictions

I have a brother in qld that wants to fly to perth to watch the Dees. Looking to buy a ticket if anyone is willing to sell.

Let him know its still 14 day quarantine from QLD. I'm up here too.

Does everyone think those with priority 2 will have a very good chance of getting a ticket? Anyone know how many priority 1 memberships are likely to be used?

re barcodes:

just give the barcode on the invite from Gary P and what priority level you are to your friend - he/she can then book on TMaster on Mon

better still forward the invite from Pert

Sorry all gone.

Hi Demonlanders,

Chasing at least 1x Priority 1 barcode, happy to farm any more out to Perthsiders who commit to cheering for the red and blue. Long time Demons supporter, made the move across to Perth a couple years ago. Have been to more losses that wins over the years, but between the 2018 finals wins and Friday nights at Optus, it’s all worth it. I’ve got 4 tickets sorted between myself, my folks and another long suffering demon, but chasing an extra barcode to get my missus along with us! Happy to provide evidence of my love for the Dees, also covering your GFG and anything else on top of that. PM me if you can help out, I promise we’ll do you proud in your place at the GF.

Desperate to get my brother a ticket to grand final!!
he’s been a die hard fan since we were kids, please if anyone can help let me know!

Thanks, wasn’t aware of the 28 days. We might have been on track until the last few days where a few cases popped up.

Oh well, can’t complain. Unlike those still in Vic, if things remain the same we can have a BBQ or get to the pub and watch with some other Dees fans.

Hi all, chasing a few codes to gf if anyone is willing to help up. Dees supporter located in perth so never bought a membership. Thanks all for your help!

I have access to a Priority 3 barcode.

Am I likely to be able to get a ticket or should I keeping looking for a priority 1 barcode?

I have a Priority 1 membership available for anyone is interested in going to the Grand Final. Colin

My Membership barcode is no longer available. I hope that Patricia and Teagan get tickets as well. I have been dreaming for 50 years to be at Grand final when Melbourne wins, but not possible with Covid19.

Despite a spirited third quarter surge, the Demons have slumped to their worst start to a season since 2012, remaining winless and second last on the ladder after a 39-point defeat to Essendon at Adelaide Oval in Gather Round.

It’s Game Day, and the Demons are staring down the barrel of an 0-5 start for the first time since 2012 as they take on Essendon at Adelaide Oval for Gather Round. In that forgettable season, Melbourne finally broke their drought by toppling the Bombers. Can lightning strike twice? Will the Dees turn their nightmare start around and breathe life back into 2025?

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

As the focus of the AFL moves exclusively to South Australia for Gather Round, the question is raised as to what are we going to get from the  Melbourne Football Club this weekend? Will it be a repeat of the slop fest of the last three weeks that have seen the team score a measly 174 points and concede 310 or will a return to the City of Churches and the scene where they performed at their best in 2024 act as a wakeup call and bring them out of their early season reverie?  Or will the sleepy Dees treat their fans to a reenactment of their lazy effort from the first Gather Round of two years ago when they allowed the Bombers to trample all over them on a soggy and wet Adelaide Oval? The two examples from above tell us how fickle form can be in football. Last year, a committed group of players turned up in Adelaide with a businesslike mindset. They had a plan, went in confidently and hard for the football and kicked winning scores against both home teams in a difficult environment for visitors. And they repeated that sort of effort later in the season when they played Essendon at the MCG.

Facing the very real and daunting prospect of starting the season with five straight losses, the Demons head to South Australia for the annual Gather Round, where they’ll take on the Bombers in search of their first win of the year. Who comes in, and who comes out?
