MFCSS is changing

Not for me unfortunately. What I'm seeing on the field is pleasing and different to many of the false dawns I've witnessed in the past. However my MFCSS is so ingrained that I keep expecting the wheels to fall off at every turn. Only a premiership will alleviate the negativity that I have in my head and my heart and even then it will only be a band aid until the next season. Perhaps a three-peat will help ...

You could written that about me. After half century 8 wins won't do it.

I started coining the phrase DOA (Decade of Arrogance) some time back, but have had to postpone or rethink a few times (in the last 50 years). However I have matured and area now taking it "one week at a time".

The season now has gone :

A good start  (Freo) , Bloody hell 2 in a row (Saints), 3WOA (GWS), Ripper (Geelong NRL) , Just  another win (Horforn ),              "Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa*&&( K"" (Toiges) , 7WOA (Norf) and now 8WOA (Swans) .

Would dearly love a YOA !!!!

Sinister motives behind this thread idea folks ... a troll wasting your time again.

Said troll has a bizarre obsession with MFC supporters.  In every aspect

Best to ignore as removal is imminent

Might help but pretty sure it won't cure it.
Reckon Richmond supporters are still rather insecure for eg.
They can feel their rein at the top ending.

And lets say we did win one as the Bulldogs did and then like them come out the next year and not even make finals.
I'd still be furious.
As I was in 2001 after losing the GF in 2000.

That is the thing about winning premierships, the euphoria last until round 1 the next season, after 1964 the demons where the most feared club in the VFL, by round 12 in 1965 everyone was saying the demons who

My euphoria probably won't last that long .

Winning a GF might give me a heart attack ( worth it ) . If it doesn't the euphoria will last a lifetime !

I’m similar except for the last bit. One premiership will satiate me. That’s all I need to see, just one.
Stalking the Richmond board after losses, those ungrateful [censored] make me sick. It’s like the recent flags stand for nothing, they get stuck in and world is ending.

I’m also a Liverpool supporter, we’re having the season from hell but I couldn’t care less, I just saw a Champions League and Premier League trophy, yet some fans want the whole club sacked. I don’t get it.

  • REPORT: Carlton

The text messages started flooding in shortly after quarter time. One read: “Is Melbourne even at the ground?” Moments later, as Carlton’s Elijah Hollands kicked the first goal of the second term, the Blues held a commanding 43-point lead. By then, the Demons’ only score was a behind kicked by Brody Mihocek nearly five minutes into the game. Ironically, Mihocek would also register the last minor score of the day after the game took a dramatic turnaround.
