He should be excited. We all should.

We have been through hell and have come out the other side. We have done all the hard work and have held strong when everything was going against us. I am hopelessly emotionaly attached to this club and I for one savoured every moment of 2018.

2019 onwards is going to be a blast. If you haven't renewed your membership yet, or are considering getting your first... Do it now.

Our list is the real deal. Get on board and enjoy the ride!

Absolutely love Theox love the unbridled enthusiasm around here but

- this competition is incredibly even and tough

- we have a particularly difficult draw this year

- if there is one team in the AFL that has a capacity to get ahead of itself it is the MFC

I would have thought a big fat lid needs to be found quickly - it’s great to be positive but let’s actually achieve something before talking the talk.

I think we need to see what this team can deliver in the first half of next season with the weight of expectation firmly on their shoulders - hopefully they don’t let themselves and supporters down.

We should have won the flag in 94. The Ox was on fire in those first two finals.

Thanks for posting this. Loved The Ox. A career cruelled by injury. At his peak was better than Carey. To dream of what could have been.

The most sceptical of people are starting to believe in the hard work the FD have done to put together such a list. We are well on the way.

Clarry, Viney Brayshaw, Harmes  Petrac Jones. The engine.  Classy with plenty of Guts.  However  I must say OX it is better than Geelong's 2007 Mids.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
